I have been doing meditation for a few years now and it was an amazing journey so far. My mind was always all over the place before. The meditation method was precise and well structured. Every step that was guided was exactly on point that enabled me to throw away my racing thoughts and find real peace in me. Not to mention they have the most supportive and loving community. The community kept me motivated and going. Can’t wait for my next journey with this meditation!

I've been practicing meditation at Federal Way Meditation for about two years because I have continued to experience positive results in my life. Meditating at home by myself or using an app doesn't compare. Like a gym partner, the meditation center helps me stay accountable to my regular practice. Without regular practice, it is easy to be consumed by stress and negative thinking. More than anything, meditation has helped me gain perspective. I have learned that I am in charge of my thoughts and I how I react to situations. My ability to be flexible and coexist with my environment creates more peace of mind and confidence to be my best self. I really appreciate the meditation center helpers for being kind and welcoming. The other meditators are positive and encouraging. The center has really become a second home for me. I highly encourage anyone interested to check it out!

I have been doing this meditation for a while now and I am loving it! As a meditation newbie, I was not quite sure how to take a first step into this journey but this meditation program made everything so easy. The helper is genuinely kind and insightful. Their atmosphere is always welcoming and the fellow mediators have such a warm hearted and are ready to embrace everything. I definitely recommend this meditation program to everyone!

This place is the answer if you have self-talk issues. You may think it's natural to keep negative voices in your head, but it's not. This place is truly freeing . Having positive thinking opens up so many more wonderful experiences than you can even imagine!

This place is life altering and transformational. At times it can be really difficult to do, but it's completely worth it in the long run. If the method they guide you through was easy, people would be lined up to the street. Discipline required, and you're not alone, we do this together. Coexistence is heaven!
