I was picking up a pallet from the depot. Finding the right place to be wasn’t hard, but knowing I was in the right place was a bit of a challenge. There were clues, obvious in hindsight; after following a freight truck through the south entrance, the signs for parking hung on the other side of the chain link fence off to the right, the lack of marked parking lines, another sign for will call. I think they expect you to come in the other way and then drive around when they tell you where to go wait. Anyway, if you come in the South Entrance first, park off to the right. Go up the ramp, walk in to the warehouse follow the windows to the right and get someone’s attention through the door. Friendly service, fork lift driver was courteous and careful and we had a very friendly conversation. Thank you for the safe delivery!

FEDEX Frieght Quoted me $6890 for my shipment of 6 pallets. They billed me an additional $7149 as the discount given by my sales rep did not apply. They claim the billing type was incorrect. They quoted me under a "volume load shipment" and then claimed it was a capacity load shipment, which as a first time freight user I would have no idea about. I tried for months to contact frieght, claims, billing, my sales rep each one of them passed me around saying there is nothing we can do. They were going to send it to Collections and that was the end of it. Absolutely Do NOT use Fedex Frieght for your commercial shipping needs.

Fred delivered two pallets of products to our warehouse. I was there alone and he stayed and help me to unload both pallets and put them away. Excellent service and very friendly and kind person. Thank you Fred you are the absolute best!

They asked when load would be ready for pickup I said 8am. Called to confirm at 12pm, was told between 2pm and 5pm. First pickup 5:30 pm. Next pickup Monday 4:55pm.

Never had a good experience with my orders being delivered with fedex. I paid extra for it to be delivered in 2-4 business days. It’s been 2 weeks and their website told me it will be delivered a few days ago. They then told me it was delayed, and would be delivered the day before I’m writing this review. Now they notified me it’s delayed again, for the 3rd time. How many more times are they going to keep delaying my order, especially when I paid extra for the fast shipping? Same thing happened with other orders, I will avoid fedex whenever I can. Don’t recommend.

NOT GOOD..... DOESN'T EVEN START TO COVER IT.Please do not use FEDEX if you will be going ANYWHERE in the KENT/COVINGTON area of Washington. I have used them 4 timeseach time for a special event that I was thinking this time would bedifferent.....IT WASN'T IT NEVER WILL BE. Each time the package waslate. So many important and special events that my package wasn't there for... Call after call. DM after DM, only to find out that the DM doesn't actually get answered by a real person.. It's fake!!!! I havesent emails to FEDEX and I have called. I even sent emails to the CEO and CFO no response. THEY DON'T CARE....

Very professional, secure almost military scene. Don't go to what looks like the front of the building if you're picking up from will call or of you have a pallet to ship.Don't take hwy 18 ever.Take exit 149 from I5.Go to the Southside of the huge building. Pull up to the gates and guard shack, have your paper work and ID to pick up or ship. Friendly helpful people, easy in and out.

I don’t totally blame FedEx, Covid, holidays. Ordered fresh lobster from east coast. Overnight delivery….. arrived 6 days late…. Rotten lobster. I had insurance.FedEx I know you’re trying hard to deliver packages, Thank you for your work during these Covid times.

A medication shipment was sent Priority Overnight to a residence. I received notification that it would arrive at noon. At 1:16pm, I phoned to ask where it was. "It'll arrive by end of day". I impressed on CS it needs to be here this afternoon. He put a 'trace' out on it and Kent was supposed to phone me back in an hour. They did not. Back to CS phone bank. Went thru the issue and explained that the medication that is time and temperature sensitive and it needs to be delivered today. Transferred my call to next tier who said that the package never made it off the ramp and is at the airport. Would be delivered tomorrow! I said it needs to be delivered today. Period. Again explained the time and temperature sensitivity. He flagged the 2nd tracer "medical emergency" and said that the delivery center (Kent) would call back in an hr. Did not. 3rd call to CS no update. Saw tracers. Nothing new. "Please give us more time like call back at 6." So, as I explained, administering the meds will be at least 6 hrs late, he repeated the same line. I am so disappointed in this company and their ability to perform the job for which they were paid. They fail to live up to even the abysmal standards that they have set for themselves.

Not helpful haven’t received my package mobile contact support doesn’t help and tells you to call you call support they don’t help and tell you to wait for you package that has been in fedex hands since 12/07 and had been “out for delivery” since 12/17 and still has not been delivered.
