This over the course of 9 days. First exception "incorrect address" Shipper confirmed correct address was used, FedEx would not allow me to give the correct address they claimed to see.. Second and Third Exception's claimed "No customer present or business closed" There are 3 retired people and 2 dogs here all day. They were never here. The seller The Warming Store, wont do anything until FedEx finally sends it back.

As others have posted, SmartPost is the worst. It doesn't provide a delivery date. My package has been sitting at the same location now for 2 days in pending limbo.

I ordered from a business that uses fedex smartpost. As of right now it has been sitting in one location for 3 days now, which is unexceptible. If I could give zero stars I would. This has to be the WORST way to ship items.

please so not ship through FedEx smartpost, my experience was the worst shipping experience I have ever had from a shipping service. first the shipping date changed twice which is kind of ok because hey who knows, things happen. but once the package reached tacoma, Washington, the package was delayed because of "weather". it was ala sunny day. then the next day it said it was out for delivery for 10 hours, finally a FedEx truck pulled into the driveway and it says package delivered. go outside and no package is there. the neighbors said that a FedEx truck pulled down the driveway and turned around not getting out of the truck. after trying the useless 1800gofedex number giving me the runaround saying that I could not speak to a representative and they have no more info about my package and hanging up, I went to she FedEx shipment center in Tacoma. they informed me the package was sent through FedEx smartpost and they didn't have any info on the package, they actually did a little bit of work and pointed me to a facility a couple miles down the road. after going to a window where I had to call someone on the phone and being transferred 3 times, someone finally said they would contact the driver and we would see someone in 10 minutes. the lady finally comes down and says the driver delivered the package to the USPS office. why would he drive down the driveway and mark the package as delivered? One thing I can't stand is being lied to and made to think everything is fine. I should have suspected something was off when the delivery date changed so much in a short period.

I usually don't post about places I go to work at, but I just thought I would give this place a review as they will be closing next week for good. I have been coming here for about a year now to fix their maintenance issues and it's sad to see Smartpost close for good and Sad to see so many get laid off or transfered to another Fed-ex facility. I met some very good people there, always very friendly to work with, although they could be presistant with trying to get the same thing fixed month after month when we would tell them we would gladly install a new conveyor if they were to purchase one, as their equipment was completely wore out. They did the best they could with what they had and every worker that worked there deserve not to loose their job. I miss Smartpost

Another Lost package from this location. Package arrived at this location and hasn't moved in over a week. Call to find out what the issue was, and was told it was lost and to contact my shipper to file a claim. My guess is there are sticky fingers at this particular Fex dumbpost, due to how many reviews with missing/ lost packages.

Terrible service, my package has been sitting for 4 days and it is Christmas tomorrow. The first day excuse was barcode label unreadable that soon turned into an exception for weather. Reading this you may think that I can’t blame them for bad weather except the bad weather never arrived.

My package was supposed to deliver two days ago but after it got to the Kent facility it just stopped in its tracks and there is still no updated delivery date even though I live 30 minutes away.

Just like everyone else, I've had a package just fall into limbo here for a week now. It was ordered the 16th, arrived at this location on the 23rd, and has since gone into "Pending" and never moved past that. Customer service for FedEx said that no, I can't go pick it up even though it's 20 minutes away because it's still waiting for someone to come deliver it.From what I can tell, the SmartPost service is now called Ground Economy and uses the USPS for its final delivery - the USPS has been consistent and on-time with everything I've ordered recently, so I'm not sure what gives. Maybe this Smartpost location just has everyone's packages shoved in an inaccessible back corner of a shipping container and doesn't turn them over to the USPS when they come by for pickup?

Just another one star review to add to the many. Personally, I don’t think a company should be in business if the average rating is 1.7 stars among 322 reviews, but what do I know? Like everyone else here, I’m waiting for a package that has just been sitting in the facility collecting dust for a while now. I could have walked down there to go get it at this point. Just a shame that FedEx doesn’t care about the end customer. I wish they could be relied on to do their job properly, as I am required to do mine. Too much to ask I guess.

Every time I use FedEx and the package routes through here it gets lost completely. Happened 4 times in the past 3 months. In speaking with FedEx, I have been informed nothing can be done about lost packages and I should upgrade my shipping to Express in the future to avoid packages going to this facility as they will subsequently be lost here. I highly recommend using shipping services other than FedEx when possible if you live in the surrounding area.

Withholding my package for nearly a week, no updates since then either. Did they lose it? No way to know because customer service won't investigate it for me, just tell me to wait, as I already have been for a week longer than I was supposed to. FedEx has a "high volume" currently, but conveniently this has been the same thing customer service told me multiple times over the last 6 or so years. Get it together, FedEx. It's truly infuriating how they try to act like this is an isolated problem when it's a constant, forever problem. How they stay in business I have absolutely no idea. All they ever do is disappoint people. Hate paying money for goods and then wondering if I will ever actually get the things I paid for. If you can't deliver people's stuff, then you shouldn't be in the business of delivering stuff.

I have had a package that was suppose to be delivered on 01/05/22 and it was not. For some reason it is still at this Kent location and there is no way to get ahold of anyone. If you can't get it delivered when it's suppose to then why are you taking out packages??!! If I have my way I will not have anything shipped through FedEx again. They never ever get the packages to you on the date that it says, you can never ever get any human help to figure out why this happens. This place obviously can't handle packages that need to be delivered maybe they shouldn't be in the buisness of getting packages delivered if they can't follow through. FedEx is a HORRIBLE shipping choice anymore.
