I arrived at FedEx on (06/03/25) to get a shipping label for a company in Houston. Annie was there and she assisted me at the computer in creating the label. I ran into a problem because I only had a p.o. box number and Annie informed me that I needed a physical address for FedEx. I had a previous appointment so I left and told Annie that I would return with the information. Upon return to this location it was busy and I motion to Annie that I was back. She went above and beyond to make certain that I printed the label. I had a deadline which was really close I wanted to email the label to the company and she indicated that she needed the assistance of Alex. He was amazing with the emails and I was able to meet the deadxline. This was outstanding customer services tfrom two exemplary employees.

I had an amazing experience at this FedEx location, thanks to Rob, the store manager. He went above and beyond by personally helping me tape my box securely and exploring options to find me the best shipping rate and fastest delivery. Rob’s exceptional customer service, patience, and willingness to help made my shipping process so much easier. Highly recommend this location, especially because of Rob’s outstanding support!

We had an excellent experience at this FedEx previously but our most recent visit was very disappointing. We asked for least expensive way to send our package which should have been FedEx Ground but were charged Express rate (triple the cost) which took a week to arrive. FedEx Ground to the same location took 1-2 days and was a much better rate. Our transaction was not handled properly.

Had a few things to print out and usually it's a self serve thing but the computers were frizzing out Rob went above and beyond and helped me I got the lables faster and a whole lot cheaper thanks Rob for your help very friendly

If I could give zero stars, I would. I returned a brand new pair of Adidas shoes last month which never made it back to Adidas. A FedEx employee STOLE my shoes. The investigation is opened and I will be filing a police report.
