I used fed ex last week to ship two packages to AZ from Wa. To my daughter and grand daughter for their birthdays. Today my daughter sent me a video of one of them and it was damaged. The item in it was a painting that I worked on for over 6 months and its ruined. And can't be replaced. I'm very very upset. I paid almost $100 to send these things.

Their hours online as well as on the door say they open at 9:00 a.m. Monday through Friday, but there's no one here 9:15 on Tuesday. No answer on their phone number. Very convenient location at Kent Station. Easy to print, copy, ship, etc. Deb is extremely helpful and kind! Love the personal assistance and great attitude.

I went to FedEX in Kent Station, although I was planning to go to a different one who had helped me with weird problems in the past. I didn't catch the women's names. one was a pleasant women with brown greying hair, a nice smile. I had had this horrible problem returning my Sketcher to Amazon. I never had problems with returns. But I had 7 or 8 copies of approvals that supposedly had return label on them . Except the space was blank. After calling Amazon directly I finally got a label. When I downloaded it to my drive. I took off for FedEX. Seems that I can't email this label. I could email everything else in my drive. The very kind woman worked with me for at least 20 minutes. She said maybe she could "direct" something. She was having trouble when this younger (of course) woman stepped in. Took her a while to get it done. And voila! I was done! It was sneakers from Great Britain that had at least eight pages of shipping label! These two saved my life! You can imagine an little old lady trying to fix this. And I don't have the money to just keep them. Thank you. Thank you!Joyce

Great customer service. The store manager, Alex, Kai, and Brittany really have gone above and beyond on a big printing/lamination job. I have used this store for the same printing job a couple times this last year and plan to keep using them in the future.

I have had wonderful experiences at this FedEx. The wait time was minimal and the customer service given by Deb was excellent! She was able to recommend box sixes and the best way to ship. Even when I came in with MANY heavy boxes, Deb was pleasant and friendly. I will be coming back here for any future package shipping needs.

Kai and Alex who were working not only said that FedEx already delivered my package Monday at 638pm, but their system had a glitch and would send me a double message that my delivery was ready for pickup by April 18th. I got that message this morning April 23rd at 1002am.

Please keep in mind this review is for FedEx services not necessarily this office. I found the office personnel to be responsive but lacking empathy. I executed two transactions with in two weeks. The second one was 14 March with a scheduled delivery by 16 March, the envelope arrive today March 24. I paid a premium cost for the expedited delivery. I am not a happy customer, I will never use FedEx again. I called the location and they stated there's no guarantees. I do know that UPS offers guarantees, that's who I will use for expedited deliveries.

Print jobs are ready usually within an hour (if job is small), they remember your name and just have it ready without saying a word as you come in the door. Faster with better ink and paper than the UPS store.
