Took our Toyota Tacoma in to get our lights replaced and grill. We are pleased with the results. Overall experience was good, just a little more spendy than what was quoted!

If you’re looking for good quality work go to foss audio and tint in Kent. Ask for Auston, Brad or Ian! Auston is a do it all kind of guy from installing, GPS, window tinting to custom install projects and will make scheduling whatever your needs easy and very informational! Brad is an amazing guy for tinting he is perfectionist your window work is in good hands with him, he also has made custom decals for me which was really cool. Ian is a great guy too very fast and very efficient being able to get the job done within record time. In all my experience with foss as a company has been an amazing experience everyone is always nice and helpful.

I've went to the Kent locarion for years and recently went again to have some subs and an amp (that I brought with me) to get installed.
Took 2 hours, super clean install and fantastic work. Didn't try and upsell me or push me in any direction other than to give honest answers to questions I asked, and dialed everything in so it sounded great.
Couldn't be happier and I definitely recommend going here before you hit car toys where they want to run you a $5K bill.
You'll be in and out quicker and far happier.

I have been here for tint, and again just today for a new key fob for my alarm. Tyler was more than helpful, when my alarm seemed to be working fine but it wouldn't learn any new fobs and such. He worked with it for some time, and even refreshed the brain for me. Great service, and past great service with the tint. Thanks Tyler and Foss Audio and Tint in Kent, Wa.

They go above and beyond. 100% recommend. Easy appointment times, great install, and VERY KIND employees. It can be really daunting as a woman shopping for car parts and accessories, however I never once felt that way here. Tyler was wonderful!! I brought my 2000 Wrangler TJ in for a full stereo system. Because it's a Jeep, during the summer it's mostly topless and open for theft, therefore I have 4 locking Tuffy security speaker boxes and a Tuffy security trunk for stereo parts which I'm sure didn't make install easy. He made sure to to pay attention to all the details to make the sounds quality the best it could be while in a tin can of a car, without the top on. he even surprised me by fixing my broken glove box (which arrived taped to my dash) as well as repairing a terminal on my battery I didn't even know was eroding! That kind of customer service is what dreams are made of. I truly felt cared about. I felt like quality over quantity was what they believed in. Also, due to my moisture concerns I had boat speakers installed in the jeep and they sound is great!! I have zero regrets choosing this company. They have my business for life!!

About 15 years ago after a very bad experience at car toys I went to Foss. They have done adio and cameras in 5 vehicles for me since then and I will never go anywhere else. Superior install unmatched by anyone else. Never an issue and excellent customer service. If you are looking for adio or whatever for your car nobody does it better than Foss.

I make this review because of the service they give you. I think they do a pretty good job with the tint. But the guy who runs the desk is really disrespectful. I brought a car I needed tinted they said they could do it and I brought my other car they already tinted before so I can show them how dark I wanted it. The guy proceeded to say he's never seen me a day In His life. The black dude who does the tint work is cool and respectful. But the white bald dude who runs the desk is just a dick. Terrible way to treat customers. I did not have this issue the first visit because I payed the guy who does the tint cash so I didn't have to deal with the other dickhead.

Negative star Poor customer service and not honest. We took our car down to the shop to have the remote starter looked at. The technician gave us two options: to repair it for $140-200, or to replace a new one for $500. Because this is an older car, we wished to repair the starter. The technician got to work and found out he couldn't repair it so now we're gonna replace it. Our grand total is the repair plus the new unit prices $700! We were giving the reason for why we had to pay for the repair was because they already put labor into it. This is a terrible way make money. To say the least, I will not come back to this place and I will never recommend this to anybody.
