Slowest pharmacy on earth, poor communication and zero people skills

About a month ago, I transferred my mom's medication to this location, but I made a big mistake. The staff there are extremely rude and unprofessional, with no understanding of proper customer service. Every time I pick up her medication, they fail to provide clear explanations and often don't answer the questions I ask. It's been very disappointing, and I hope to find a better pharmacy soon to switch to.

Terrible service. Placed on hold 2 times in a row for nothing. They don't even talk to you when calling just a quick place on hold never to be talked to again. I'll go somewhere else.

In stark contrast to many other pharmacies, I've never had any problems with this pharmacy.

One of the worst pharmacies I’ve ever had the pleasure to go to. I call in a refill days early and then I call to see if it’s ready. I was told it will be in 20 minutes. Get there and I’m told it’s out of stock. This has happened twice. I emailed pharmacy coordinator and didn’t receive a reply.

My husband and I have had nothing but great experiences here with friendly front desk staff and good service. We've been going here for 2 years after we got fed up with the long lines at the CVS in Burien. Once you're in FM's computer system, the computer automatically texts you for permission to refill a prescription when it's due and then texts you again when it's filled. It makes it very easy to pick up prescriptions.

Rude employees that don't do their job to the point where I was just told I need to go back to aisle 25 pick up a bottle of Meloxicam and mix the prescription medicine myself

Lavleen one of your employees had a really bad reaction, she was crazy rude if there is a zero stars I would give her. Please stop hiring such a stupid front desk.

I have no idea what this places issue is anymore. Prescriptions are bounced back to the Dr., or kicked backwards over and over and over again. How can you keep kicking important medications like insulin back and not contact the client when they're out of the prescription? Now it seems thus pharmacy just cancels prescriptions that are due gir refilling, especially AFTER the dr has submitted the refill(s)? Time and time again you never seem to be able to fill anything without delaying prescriptions several times. If you are having supply issues, fibd someone else to supply your customers. I left Bartel because they were doing what you are doing now, granted before rite aid took barrels over they were good, but now your becoming worse than bartels. Start taking care of your customers, hire personal with brains, and figure it out. Unless your upset because you got denied the merger with Albertsons/Safeway and your punishing people who had nothing to for with the merger denial just to prove you have power over everyone. If you cannot handle prescriptions anymore, then close that part of your operation.

I just waited in line at the Fred Meyer’s drive-through pharmacy for 10 minutes after Rayna took my information. She took my birthday and walked away as if she was getting my prescription and I was sitting there 10 minutes not knowing what was going on. She started helping other customers in the store, and even glanced back at me a few times, and at one point, she walked back up to the window like she was gonna help me, and then walked away. It was the most frantic and unprofessional thing I’ve witnessed out of pharmacy.. also, the button To call an attendant at the pharmacy is broken

Discrimination BIG time from this Fred Meyer pharmacy. The employees are extremely rude and discriminate against people wanting to buy insulin syringes. I just need them for my cat. Pharmacy’s are the only place I can get them. They REFUSE to sell them to me. They will sell to my partner with literally no questions asked.

Even though the employees seem to be working hard at filling are scripts, it takes for ever to put a few pills in a bottle for one. On a side note I'd rather them take there time and get it right rather then the consequences.

This is the worst pharmacy I have ever been to. The employees are not only rude, but incompetent. They had my son's date of birth wrong and tried to correct ME, as if I would have messed up my own child's date of birth. The late 50's woman with dark brown short hair and glasses lacks customer service skills entirely and has the lamest attitude. She's a real peach to deal with in the drive-thru.

The customer service, or lack thereof, is astounding in the worst way. The woman who is typically working the drive-thru window (white, mid-50’s give or take, with glasses and dark brown hair) is about as friendly as what I assume a cactus would be. She is lazy and incompetent. I have had nothing but bad experiences every time I swing by to grab a prescription. It’s missing, not ready because they have the wrong identifying information - like my son’s birthdate for instance, and try to blame that on ME. I told this woman his date of birth and first/last name TWICE, she proceeded to only look it up by his DOB which was sent over incorrectly by the “doctor’s office”. Because she couldn’t locate it by that, she quickly tried to dismiss me. “We don’t have a prescription for that date of birth.” Didn’t try and look it up by his NAME that was provided to her, or a phone number, nothing. And then gave me an attitude starting with, “You said…” in a snarky tone. Yeah, I SAID 11/28/22 because THAT is his date of birth, it isn’t my problem that you had it in as 2002. My god, where do they find these people?
