Like it was going to Fred Meyers Jewelers the other men's watches I was looking for in the service was good. I decided not to buy that particular day but overall customer service was good and the product was good

I'm not brand loyal to grocery stores, so I'll go to different ones for different things. Saars for prices, Winco and Costco for bulk items (and for things you can't get at Saars). Fred Meyer l go to when I need GF, sugar free, or any other special diet needs. It's also good if you need to pick up health stuff like arm braces or cold medicine that's beyond the super common. If I have a list that would have me run to three different stores, I can usually just get it at Fred Meyer.

Don't forget to grab your receipt but if you forgot use your feed letter app to look at recent purchases and you can show them that at the door.

My favorite local grocery store. Generally good selection of groceries and other needed items. Fairly good security without making the shopping experience onerous for the customer. Always busy but not impossible long waits in line. Comparatively good prices.

Bad service. Security guard will take your ID and treat you like a criminal for the wheelchairs. My grand pa had to use his crutches around the store on 06/10/25 @8:30pm. Restrooms are trashed and very dirty. Usually Fred Meyers are the best not this location.

Terrible customer service. Bought a gift card and the pin scratched off and was unreadable, they refused to replace it. The gift card company is in another country, they said to bring it back to the store. What the hell? I get robbed by both of them?? No refund for $100 gift card? Do not buy from Fred Meyers, the customer is always wrong. They do not live up to thier policy of"satisfied customers".

It's okay. I think they need more employees. At most, four people work the check stands, and the produce is often rotten. The pay isn't the worst, though.

Pickup failure. After waiting 30mins I was told the wait would be an additional hour. Canceled order and shopped myself in 20mins. Worthless service. Hire appropriate personnel or stop advertising this.

Asked for damn ID just to use the motorized cart. The the customer service was unable to explain why. This Fred Myer always profiles people of color.

Nice store. Good sales. Hardly ever see any weirdos or beggers. Once in awhile you will see them out by the street. It's my go to store.
