There are strict business. I like him that how to do proper business. He checked my driving license before bought the game. There is a good customer service. I prefer to go and buy games any system.

Unaware that there's only one person running the store, unfortunately for me, was on lunch and had shut the store down till 420. It was an inconvenience for me because of the lack of game stores near me. Maybe I should of called the store instead of relying on the internet stating that they're open till 7pm

Don't appreciate employees questioning my wife if she's the one who purchased a game online. Came to store for pickup then told her that the name on file wasn't her then proceeded to call her on his personal phone to verify the customer on file. How about check an ID dude? 0-5 star if possible.

I bought a PS5 that was supposed to come with a Spider-Man game. When I purchased the console, I noticed that they gave m the display "shell" box that was on the counter. The box that the PS5 five was inside was put back into the outside box and given to me. I was a bit concerned, however the box appeared to be sealed and I was with okay with making the purchase.
When I got home the Spider-Man game was not in the box. I went back to the store to explain and was told that the only thing I could do was contact Sony. It was incredibly disappointing. I felt that there was something off about purchasing the PS5 that had been taken out of the display box. I will no longer support GameStop after this experience.

I came here the other day to sell a PlayStation 4 controller for cash; my interaction with the employee & my trade-in all took about 5 minutes. The employee was very polite. I would definitely come back to this location to do business again.

People here are cool found some good amiibos here I have quite of few amiibos I found some good switch games here got a few funkos here too I would say this gamestop is worth look I always stop here when I am passing through town sometimes they have other cool items besides games got a switch memory card here too.

Bought a shirt from here and it was Sun bleached, not surprising considering this place is almost all windows, but I didn't realize until I got home and I'm nowhere near... Additionally for a GameStop it's really quite small. Not a very good selection. The inside of the store is uninviting and makes you want to leave as soon as you get there.

One of the worst GS I've ever shopped at and been serviced at, the employees are like a little HS clique that are way to PC to the point where it's overbearing... there's also a random security guard (Nick) that's quite full of himself that'll come in and "hang out" while on the clock, there's only about 2 workers that are decent people (Axel is one of them) as for that, I dislike the employees so much I'd rather go elsewhere with my business.
