10/10 service and location is new. Everything was clean inside and the staff were friendly. I am glad this branch is open here in Kent and it is walking distance to my house. Vanessa helped me open a new account and she was super helpful.

I have used the bank services twice in the last month. Both clerks were very professional, and did a great job.

Kind, knowledgeable, & instantly available staff at this new Kent location, close to my home (5 star). But visited in-person to ask my questions, as phone access to Gesa Cust Svc is nearly impossible to access, & it's been that way for years, since Gesa took over Inspirus. (2 star)

Visited looking to open a checking and savings, apparently their systems couldn’t verify me, even though before hand i’d given them a washington state ID and my social security number (including showing them my highschool ID). At any other place this would’ve gone smoothly don’t know if the teller had a personal issue or if my race had a factor in it. Horrible service as well.
