I would give 0 star if possible. I had my haircut 2 days ago, asked for layered hair cut. Lady just chopped my hair in half and gave 4 inches length and another straight cut. I showed my hair to 10 different people and people were shocked to see how it was done. I went back to fix it and lady who did haircut said talk to my manager.
Please do not go there for hair cut, it seems like peeps need more training. I have had haircut here before as Reet kaur, but never was disappointed before.

Super bad experience! The lady that cut my daughter's bangs cut them super short making her so sad because her bangs are absolutely not what she asked for and on top of that she pulled her hair so much.
A bad experience definetly not coming back!

I always like going to this place due to the convenience of getting a haircut where they have a record of your last preference. However here are some reasons why I was disappointed. 1st the store hours in their door indicated 8am-8pm on Monday to Friday. The asian lady who did my hair was quite rude in telling me that they were closed at 7 and it seems like it was my fault for coming in at 6:52. That wasn’t even the issue! The lady made a sloppy rushed haircut and I had to direct her how to cut my hair, there were still some uncut hairs at the end that I only noticed when I got home. I would’ve preferred if she just declined cutting my hair and said they’re closing soon rather than do a sloppy job of it. Will never come back after the worst experience in a Great clips store.
