Always a great experience at the Covington location. They are very communicative and always keeps me updated on any recommendation or if service has been completed. They are always quick so I usually wait or take a walk nearby. Although I forget my coupons at times, they still accomodate the offer. Great customer service and auto service overall! Would recommend!

Easy, no hassle experience. I took my car to get the oil changed since I had a coupon. They did a free inspection and gave me the inspection report. Shawn explained what they found and how much it would cost. No high pressure "you must get it done now" sales pitch. I really appreciated that. Will go here again.

Great customer service! Listened to customer concern and issue regarding vehicle. Explained process of receiving and ordering part needed and time vehicle would be fixed, ready for pickup. Conducted follow up call to customer. I am a new, first time customer to this business. I will be returning for other services as needed. Highly recommended ?

After moving, I needed to find a new shop, so this was my first visit. They definitely have a new customer now. Just one thing: they suggested a service that isn't necessary for another 40,000 miles according to my owner's manual. They said it was scheduled maintenance, so I don't know what their data source is. It was just one item, and not a very major one at that. And they did not pressure me at all to get the service. But still, had I not referred to my manual, I may have purchased something I didn't need yet. Now, it's entirely possible that the recommendation was made because this was my first visit, and they have no record of my maintenance history. I think they deserve the benefit of the doubt, and still receive a 5 star review from me.
A suggestion from someone who has subscribed to the nation's leading consumer's magazine for several decades: The factory manual that came with your vehicle is ALWAYS right. Always refer to your manual when getting services done. I look forward to visiting them again for my next needed services.

Excellent service! Explain action of the issue was throughly explained with photographs. There were several issues that they fixed at a way lower price than the dealership. I trust this business totally. We were treated like we had been customers all along. We are taking our vehicles here from now on. Thank you Parker and crew at the Covington location.
