Just called to inquire about a sim tray for an iPhone 11 Pro Max, I was told they were in stock. When I asked a price range for the item the man on the phone responded “We don’t talk about that” I hung up and went to a phone store down the street!😂 You’re crazy if you think I’m driving to get a price from you! Save your time and go down the street to plugged in wireless where they’ll give great customer service AND they’ll tell you the price of the item over the phone without an added attitude❤️

I called to verify they work on Samsung Galaxy phones, but it just kept ringing for about 2 minutes. So I called again about 45 minutes later. After a few minutes I was disconnected. Yes I did check to verify it was the right number.

Didn't end up getting work done but the employee was knowledgeable about my phone and what I needed and able to give sound advice, the repair cost was roughly the cost of the phone so I decided against the repair but still a helpful visit.

Never! recommend to anyone . These guys are not honest!! I brought my I phone 14 pro max had a water damage. He said we can fixed and the price is 120$ I paid for it , guy took my phone and went to the back They said it was unreparaible, after holding the phone for 1 hours and he said your payment is not refundable like what! he didn’t fix my phone and he took my money lol , I took the phone to another place and suprise!!! They tell me bro this phone is missing parts: a shaker, a piece in the mother board, a wire that connects the mother board with the bottom part and the front camera. It was burned as well.
Basically, the took all that from the phone!!!

I recently visited Guaranteed Cellphone & PC Repair in Kent, Washington to fix the shattered front screen of my iPhone 11. The repair was impressively swift, taking only about thirty minutes, and cost $135, which initially seemed reasonable. The staff were courteous and efficient, which is why I'm giving three stars instead of one.
However, the aftermath of the repair revealed several significant issues. Firstly, my Face ID stopped working because the replacement screen was not an original Apple product. This incompatibility is understandable but should have been communicated beforehand. Had I known, I would have opted for a repair at Best Buy for guaranteed OEM parts.
Additionally, post-repair, the "Do Not Disturb" switch on my phone ceased to function. This is particularly frustrating as it affects my device's usability. Moreover, the new screen is noticeably bent, with a visible concave shape, indicating a poor installation job.
While the service was prompt and friendly, the quality of the repair left much to be desired. For those seeking a quick fix, this might be an acceptable option, but for reliable and high-quality repairs, I would recommend exploring other professional services. Would not recommend for Apple products!!!!!!!

Customer phone service was bad
Don't explan how much cost. understand that part need to be seen to know issued. In the end They hang up on without ask what schedule or time.
