When you go to Harbor Freight you have a few considerations. Am I only going to use this tool once? Do I require keeping all 10 fingers or is 9 1/2 okay? At the same time knowing that you could be getting a decent tool or something that violates the law of physics with a restraining order against OSHA, but keeps you going back.

New store location. I visited on 4/12/25. The store is pretty huge compared to others I’ve shopped. The store was pleasant to shop with not so many customers. It was nice, clean and well stocked.
They offer an array of tools, equipment, supplies and more for all DIY projects and Professional projects at the lowest prices. They offer exclusive member perks, weekly promotions and coupon deals.
I purchased four ammo cans that were on sale. I had a slight difficulty in locating them. They were not in the front location where they usually showcase what’s on sale. An employee walked me to the rear section of the store where it was located tucked in the corner. He was nice and friendly and walked me up to the register where another employee assisted with my final checkout.

The staff are great! It is the stupid coupons that make me crazy. If you are already signed up can I have your phone number why can't they just adjust the total when you check out. Why do you have to search through your email and show them coupons? Although I like the cleanliness of the store and the selection I'm not going back again because of all this stupid coupon hunting.

I appreciate how helpful and friendly the staff here are (over the phone and in person)! Staff came out and helped me haul the tool cart into the car. Also noted the store is clean and organized. Would come here again!
