PAIED FOR MY MOMS SERVICE AHEAD OF TIME TOLD THE OWENER WHAT Length AND HOW TO DO MY MOMS NAILS AND AGREED (french tip acrylic medium length) ENDED UP DOING THEM SHORT AND BULKY ASKED TO REMOVE THEM AND REDO THEM BUT INSTEAD SHE APPLIED A LONGER COAT ON TOP OF THE SHORT NAILS AND THE FRENCH TIP WAS SLOPPY, PLACE IS VERY DIRTY, AND NOT SANITIZED, WILL FILE YOUR NAILS AND APPLY ACRYLIC TIPS RIGHT ON TOP WITHOUT DUSTING YOUR NAILS

They don’t do the nails the way you asked for even not listening what you want. They’re not professional at all just one or two girls that work there.

Please do not come here. They do not care if you like your nails in the end. I asked them to put one more coat and they wouldn’t, Because they were already closing…. She said I could come back tomorrow and get a color change for $15. I told them politely over and over that I didn’t like it but nobody said anything. This is Nothing I’ve never dealt with from a nail salon. I came once before and it was great. But now I see why they have such low ratings. Terrible.

They do not deserve a star, she didn’t even paint the whole nail. The polish wasn’t even smooth, she added to much nail polish and it’s visible. Her solution was to file over the whole nail to smooth it out. Huge disappointment in the services.

My experience at a particular nail salon was extremely unsatisfactory. The technician's removal of my fake nails was not only painful but also performed with a lack of care. Their unprofessional behavior, including speaking in Vietnamese, was unappreciated. The owner, who provided my nail service, did not take the time necessary to ensure a satisfactory result. The work was unprofessional, heavy-handed, and lacking in quality. Despite my concerns regarding the unevenness of my nails, the issue remains unresolved. I am extremely dissatisfied with the service and strongly believe that the salon requires significant improvement.

Regret coming to this place. It’s cheap and dirty, service is mediocre. They rush through you trying to get to the next person. I mean might as well throw my money in the trash. I went in for a fill and left with horrible looking nails. Not clean, sharp edges even after I asked to round them off, not buffed for a smooth finish and cuticles are left dusty. Older lady was rushing me, I didn’t even want to ask her to fix anything. I mean this should be the least they can do. At least make the nail look presentable. I could have said something, but when you’re flying out of your chair trying to get me out, I doubt you will make it better.

Today, We really regret coming to Hollywood nail salon because
They have done really poor quality work and also wen new costumes start coming in that told me that my nails are done without removing all the dust in my nails and also my pointer finger got damaged in the process and she did not give us a chance to look at are nails and now the nail is damaged. I cannot upload my pictures here anymore can tell me how to post a picture?

lemme tell yall, first when we got there it was all cool, i showed her the picture & she said she got it but as she started my nails she just started rushing, when it came to shaping n sizing she didn’t check to make she my nails where the same size she just sniped & moved on. my full set only took 45 minutes & then charged 80 & kinda forced a tip from us. 2 weeks later my toe nail polished was chipping & took my layers from my natural nail. i do NOT recommend here & hollywood nails.. COUNT YOUR DAYS

The older lady who seem to did my daughter nails 3 days ago, there’s a strand of hair in the thumb, not only that she was giving my daughter attitude as well, she have poor customer service and she barely take care of my daughter nails, really frustrated with this kind of client treatment!

The elderly lady who did my girlfriend nail was very rude towards her, kinda overpriced for a low quality nail, her middle finger are crooked and I’m NOT satisfied with this result at all, should really consider closing this business.

I been going to Hollywood Nails for 8 years. I love the free hand creativity and I never choose my color or design. Qynn does her thing!!! I even get good service when I get my feet done amazing chairs to relax in. I'm never disappointed. Lots of parking. I'm never going anywhere else!! You'll definitely get full service no matter what.

Terrible place, unsanitary. Everything is done quickly without due attention. When I arrived they were undergoing renovations and there was a terrible smell. But they accept clients in such conditions. Their price is cheap. Pedicure $20. It's cheap, so the service is terrible. I do not recomend.
