It’s a Home Depot! The people were especially helpful here however and they had exactly what we were looking for which was OSB boards. The lighting section always has something for every taste and the discounts can be really good sometimes!

The store was fine. The problem is that every tine I have to call and ask for support, product availability, or order status, I always get a snarky sales rep and a lot of times they don’t know what items they are selling and they’re angry if they don’t know what I’m saying. I ordered items for curbside pickup 6 hours ago and I still haven’t gotten any alert. They said I’ll get it in 2 hours and it looks like I’ll be getting it tomorrow. I could have just went to the store and picked up the stuff myself. Why offer a service that bad?
Kent HD needs to train more competent, compassionate, and respectful people.

One of the employees, KC, acted extremely inappropriately toward me. I browsed reviews for this Home Depot on Google and it seems my experience with KC is not a unique one. I think any employee that acts so rudely that multiple people go out of their way to write online reviews about them should be fired. Here's my experience with her:
I was standing in the return line which was taking a long time. After about 20 minutes, I decided to leave the line since it had not advanced and it was clear I'd be waiting for a while. KC, who was doing the returns, took offense to me leaving the line, singled me out, and yelled at me! I must mention that I was quietly leaving the line, and had not said a word to her! I have no idea why she would take this personally and found it to be utterly bizarre. Only after yelling at me did she page other employees to help at the return desk. Why she didn't do this earlier when the queue starting expanding out past the door is beyond me.
Later, after I had finished my shopping (I needed other items at Home Depot), I returned to customer service since I still needed to return my item. KC was still the only one taking returns. Oh well. This time she was super apologetic and told me she could have given me a discount if I had gone to customer service to check out my items instead of self-checkout. Well, I didn't, so no discount I guess, huh? Lol. ?
I later called up to talk to the manager. Who answers the phone but KC? She says the manager is not available, but she can have them call me back if I leave my name and number. I leave my name and number... and the manager never calls back over a period of two weeks (surprise, surprise). I'm pretty sure she recognized my voice and never left the manager that information because she knew the way she acted was inappropriate.

Worst of all Home Depots. No customer service, no one around to help, employees always have an attitude when asked for and flat out refused to help.
Always cluttering and carts full of things blocking every single aisle.
Some location are better but so far Kent, WA is the worse of all.
