Great customer service. These guys are a small outfit but they are honest and helped me with a used car purchase that’s turned out great. They even figured out that the alternator needed to be replaced and they replaced it shortly before I saw it. They also did the password fast and didn’t pressure me with upsells. Appreciated!

We were delighted to meet and conduct business with Ilkin and Shane of iDeal Auto Sales of Kent, WA. We traded our car in for a vehicle for my husband. From the beginning of my contact with Ilkin, it was a very smooth process. We could tell we were working with men who have a strong, ethical, and professional business practice. They dealt fairly with us and we felt respected, because they were very respectful and transparent with us. It was by far the best automobile buying experience we have ever had. I'm in my early 60's and my husband is in his early 80's, so that's saying a lot. I would and will highly recommend iDeal Auto Sales of Kent, WA to my friends, family and those who express a desire to purchase a vehicle with a reputable, independent and honest auto dealer.
We love our new, pre-owned car. It is just right for us. The size of the vehicle (2011 Honda Crv a good year), the quality ( in excellent condition, with low miles) and the price were perfect for our senior citizen budgets.

I have bought a 2014 Toyota Prius from iDeal Auto Sales. I have been driving it for delivery services for about a year. I put more than 50,000 miles on it. Only did regular oil changes. Didn’t have any problems at all. It has been a great car for me. I am very happy for purchasing my car from this dealership. iDeal Auto Sales is really one of the best car dealerships in Seattle area. I bought a 2012 Mercedes-Benz from them and couldn't be happier with the experience. The staff were friendly upfront and didn't pressure me at all. They let me take my time with the test drive and answered all my questions honestly. The car was clean well maintained and priced fairly compared to other car lots i checked. I highly recommend ideal Auto Sales if you are looking for a reliable used car and a no-hassle buying process.

Fantastic experience with iDeal Autos Sales! Ilkin and his brother were honest, professional, and great to work with. After the sale, we had a concern with the vehicle and they went above and beyond—driving over an hour to resolve it. Service like that is rare these days. Highly recommend!

The people themselves were very nice, but there were some things wrong w/ the car that we had previously asked. First we asked about the oil change and we were told that it was changed not too long before the purchase by their mechanic, around two months after the purchase I’ve had to change the oil and the air filters (which isn’t so bad but it would’ve been better if they were honest about it from the jump). There were also small things like small scratches on it, not really that noticeable so it wasn’t as big of a problem and there was a small chip on the windshield. Very small one I had just noticed once I got home. Honestly what you can learn from this is just make sure you check everything and even if they verify try to see if there’s a way you can check yourself before the purchase if it’s something that might be a deal breaker for you.
