Was very disappointed to find out that jiffy lube does not do the zerk fittings on my Chevy Avalanche as they did in the past and was told that many other jiffy lubes are not doing zerk fittings either so they might as well just call themselves jiffy if they're not going to move all the lube all fittings that come with older vehicles. But you still pay the same price roughly $120 for my Avalanche with a military discount of 10% on high mileage oil.

Great advice on the best type of oil for my vehicle (not up selling, just a side-grade to a more suitable product). Friendly, knowledgeable, and fast. Said this location was under new management as of a few months ago. Highly recommended!

Person who answered the phone was polite and knowledgeable. Never actually visited the location because when asked if anyone knew how to drive a stick shift the answer was no. I’m afraid they’d fry my clutch pulling it into their shop so I passed. Seems kinda basic for a job in the automotive industry to be familiar with operating a manual transmission. Maybe I’m just a boomer now idk.

I've been a loyal customer of Jiffy Lube for nearly 30 years. Although the prices have gone up, I appreciate the convenience of not needing an appointment and the quick service. However, I have noticed that the technicians have forgotten to put back or tighten the tire stem valve caps in recent years. I used to buy replacements after oil changes, but now I have to carefully check for this detail in the parking lot before I leave. During my recent visit, I had to ask for one missing piece to be put back on my vehicle. While it may seem like a small issue, it reflects a lack of attention to detail. It makes me wonder if other parts of the vehicle are being properly serviced in the rush, and this oversight with the valve caps raises concerns about the overall quality of the service.

Sadly my next visit with my new car was maliciously terrible. They took out the air filter and didn't put a new one in they took off the skid plate and I don't even know where it is I'm paying $300 to get a new one. I drove without an air filter on dusty backroads.
I don't recommend jiffy lube in fact I beg you not to use their services because who knows maybe they just forget something vital and destroy your massively expensive car. Sadly I feel this is due to them under paying their employees although they should still do their job correctly despite the low pay. If anyone wants proof of this I have video and pictures.

JR and Patrick provided exceptional service! I initially went in for an oil change on the recommendation of my co-worker, Ashley. It turned out a part of my oil change system was broken. Before I had time to worry, Patrick had a replacement part delivered and stayed well past closing time to ensure I could safely drive off. He also sprayed and cleaned my car when he heard me asking if it might catch on fire. I truly appreciate their dedication and kindness. Highly recommend!
