I was impressed with the quality of clothing choices. I am glad someone decided not to hang the worn out and dated clothing. Hoping that went to a good cause! Pay attention to the sale colors. $1.99 color is almost impossible to find but the 50% off tag was about 1 in 50 items and they were good quality. Everything was clean and well organized.

The neighborhood that this Goodwill is located in does not represent the prices at this Goodwill. We felt that they were pricing things based on Google images and what things are worth and then taking off some money off of what they researched. It was like vintage resale -10%. It doesn’t cater to the local income. Furthermore, the manager who came up to the front desk to price things that didn’t have a price was incredibly rude and cited pricing, referencing eBay resale prices while making snide comments under her breath to the employee behind the register. All in all, we will not return to this Goodwill location.

I was dropping off 10 boxes of stuff. The worker wheeled the bin to the back of my car. As I was off loading, I asked if he was going to help me vs watch me. He looked at me and said are you going to help me empty the bin afterwards. He just held the bin while I off loaded my car. It was an ungrateful experience and worker could care less. I'm taking my donation somewhere else where they are thankful and help me off load.

Kent Goodwill Bins, just hope they get organized by setting up their yellow curds to keep people out of the bins until it’s a go. They should cover the bins with white sheets so people can’t see items as there bring them out, people go crazy shoving and running. I’ve seen people go into employees area and grab items from bins before taking out to us and sometimes they get caught and rules are not applied, now they should get kicked out. Rules not applied to employees friends, family or people they like.

If I could give a 0 star I would.I came in with my purse that I shop everywhere with and especially being in Kent I absolutely did not feel comfortable leaving it in the car. The employee was very rude about it and if I was his boss I'd fire him in the spot!

This "bins" location was okay. I found a couple of things (adidas hoodie and a vintage sweater) but it really did not WOW me. I made the drive from Bremerton to Kent and I don't think it was worth the drive. There's a Goodwill store next to this location and I had to see if there was anything good in there. That store is way overpriced! I will not be returning to this Goodwill Outlet location or to its neighbor Goodwill store.

There is nothing but trash at this store and no grocery carts offered to collect pots, pans, books and textiles to buy. It is a very unfortunate and sad outlet. Do not waste your time. You would likely have better luck dumpster diving.

I always find something I can use there. Like a treasure hunt. Fabric to redo chairs. Throw blankets for kids. Candles for when power is out.kid boots

This Goodeill has a shop by pound side and a retail store on other. Surprised to see new items everywhere, donations from stores no doubt and with more frugal prices than the Bellevue/Redmond Goodwill. ( which is OVER PRICED! This store is big with section of MENS clothing and shoes that I haven’t seen anywhere else. MEN go shopping!!! There’s no public restroom and a few handicapped parking spots. Enjoy thriftjng!

Passive Aggressive Staff ://// It used to be enjoyable to shop here and now I’d rather go anywhere else. They do not speak kindly to customers, instead barking directions and looking down upon them. This *used* to be a great spot for deals but it isn’t worth being treated *so rudely.*

I live nearby, so I go there almost every day.but such an unpleasant situation happened to me for the first timetoday 10/1/2023 at 5.30 I visited a store (the one that sells by weight)my daughter, who is only 2 years old, was with memy daughter was holding a toy that we didn't intend to buy, and I told the cashier about it. and wanted to pay for the goods, but the cashier rudely refused to do so, I said that it would be easier for me to make a purchase while my child concentrated his attention on something else. It happens to everyone, everyone understands. but not this timeThe cashier rudely started telling me and my child to leave this toy. I explain that I can't do it so suddenly, because she will cry. And because of the cashier's pressure, I had to do it anyway.the child began to cry a lot, it offended her. and the seller looked at my face and said that she likes it when children cryI don't know that you are a creature, but you do have thoughts in your head and you have the right to say that to me and the child.I left there with mental pain and resentment. I want the management to review the staff working for them. because it is not human.
