Lying about their open time. I went there at 9:15 on my break at work and they weren't open. Their door as well as online says they open at 9. Don't go early as their open time is just not accurate.

No one is ever here when they are supposed to open at 9 a.m. Sat in my car for 20 minutes and ended up leaving because no one showed up. This has happened multiple times.

I stopped in to get a cigar. They did not have in stock. However the woman in charge was extremely helpful and made it a point to take the information and order them for me. That's customer service. Very friendly!

Great experience! Just moved here from Austin, TX and Ian was eager to help and knowledgeable regarding kratom. Great prices too! He was personable and felt like he truly cared about my needs.Store was clean, organized and inviting. Will be returning to check out the whole store. Thanks for making this a satisfying trip!

I would give 1 star if I could ! Owner sells puff bars that never work ! Has an attitude 24/7 and isn't customer helpful ! Do not spend your money here !!

The internet says theyre closed at 9pm I showed up at 7:40pm the sign said be back by 7:10 and store attendant says sorry Ill be closed until 8:40pm really dissapointed

Sold me the wrong product and I didn't notice until I got home. Brought them back unopened and was refused an exchange even tho they were at fault. Been shopping here for 15 years. Never again.
