There is one in particular person who has just gone above and beyond every time we go to that key Bank her name is Aubrey though I'm not sure if that's the right spelling of her name but that woman always goes above and beyond for us. Choose the reason why we keep coming back to that location if you see this thank you for always going above and beyond for us.

Drive - thru lady... not having or showing the necessary skills to do something successfully.INCOMPETENTTry to cash check. She said i was not in the system. But i have banked at key bank for 20 years. Unbelievable how stupid this bank is. I will be closing my account here. Do not bank at this location if you need a smooth transaction. Terrible bank. Train your workers better i hope the corporate office reads this. Or maybe i will give them a call to inform them how incompetent the workers are.

Horrible invasive experience. Manager that was opening my account was insinuating I was a criminal if I wouldn't tell her what exactly I wanted to do with my account. Threatened to freeze my account if I did any cryptocurrency transactions. Demanded I give my work supervisors cell phone to her for contact. After she found out I worked in healthcare and made 6 figures still treated like a criminal. She kept emphasizing all transactions take 4 days or more , don't expect faster service.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Do not let the awards in the Branch Manager: Sara Munoz's cubicle fool you. Those awards do not speak to her character or customer service abilities. I was questioned as a criminal when I came in to file a fraud claim with stolen funds from my account. I expressed the hard week I had been having and to have this happen on a Friday of an already difficult 4 days, was heartbreaking. She showed 0 compassion. She told me the fraud case can take 10 days to be initiated and then up to 45 days to get my money back. She told me there was NO option in having my funds returned to me earlier, pending the investigation. The kicker? I find out 3 days later that an affidavit is able to be signed in order to receive my funds in 7-10 business days.. hmm that's odd. Thank you to Kevin Rhodes the Personal Banker at this branch. If you have to deal with anyone, I would recommend him and if I could give him 5 stars I would. I'm appalled by Sara's lack of compassion and customer service. What did I do to be criminalized and not valued? I'm not a "big fish" in KeyBank's pond - I get that, I live pay check to pay check to support myself but I'm a hardworking college graduate supporting myself every day and contributing to society. All I wanted was help from my financial institution who I've trusted with my hard earned money for several years. Shame on you Sara. Shame on KeyBank.

I tried to send this message through keybank website but it kept rejecting me, so I will copy/paste: Hello! I manage a cafe very close to your Meeker St location and I bank with you guys about 3-5 days/week. I am writing this because I feel the need to give a big shout-out to all your tellers. I have seen some rude people walk through those doors who like to make a big scene about such silly things, many of which I know these tellers have no control over. Despite these awkward situations, these employees consistently maintain their composure and are their absolute most polite and helpful selves. I know from personal experience that customers in Kent can be really difficult, and I'm amazed at the customer service I witness and receive from Christina R., Mayra G., and Axel C. every single time I see them. My bank visits are how I end my work day, and not a single day has gone by that I haven't walked out of that bank with a giant smile on my face from the great conversation (usually with Christina honestly, but everyone is seriously awesome). After a long and stressful week just ended and another one begins for me, I am eternally grateful for the wonderful people employed at this location and I look forward to all my visits.

AVOID THIS BANK AT ALL COSTS!!! This place has horrible customer service. Looking at google I am not the only one! Time and time again people are complaining. They just lost a customer! Also I will be posting pictures of my personal account to show how they ROB YOU BLIND!!!!! FRAUD!!!

This place is horrible! The loan officer and I'm not going to name her has no credibility! Given we are not approve of the loan and I understand but a courtesy of calling your client back and explain why and what do we do next is not even an option for her! Spoke with the manger and the same thing we are given a promise that she would personally call us and I even gave her my personal number... Guess what she didn't call either and when I went back to the bank 2 weeks later and asked her why she never call she said they did call my husband... Big lie because we waited for them to call and never did.. and even when the manager checked our file we don't even exist in the system... Very scary!!! But never going back to this location or better yet never bank with them!!! Horrible service and management! I would give them 0 star!!

Less than 1 star. Worst bank ever. Tells my wife she needs all sorts of info to cash a check from their bank, she gets all the info needed then proceeds to tell her they can't cash it anyways. They tell her to wait until we move 3000 miles away to cash the check. Hello gas money, food, other things needed for the trip. We can't get it unless we have the money. Just realizing how horrible this place really is
