Kone is not only knowledgeable but so very kind and patient! She helped me pick out products and explained why the ones I purchased were better for my hair type. I’ve been to so many beauty supply stores and rarely are the sales associates as knowledgeable from first hand experience but also kind and patient. Kone and her shop are one of a kind gems and we must protect them at all costs 🫶🏼🙏🙌

Great service, the lady who runs the business is welcoming and humble. The wigs have a good texture and are durable heat proof. There's a wide variety of products and the latest open beauty supply in town, even on Sundays! The store does hair as well.

This place sucks everything is unorganized owner is super rude wasn’t letting customers in and was very negative and started to argue products was dirty on packet I had a very unpleasant experience with them

I arrived at Kone’s beauty supply 5 mins before closing and she was so sweet and helpful with the things I needed! She was patient and was able to provide me assistance on the things I needed. She was the only store available so I was grateful for her to be able to help when she was closing soon.

Kone’s Beauty Supplies is such a gem! The staff here, especially one amazing worker, made my visit so easy and welcoming. She was incredibly kind and patient, helping me figure out exactly which glue I needed and even walking me through the purchase process. You can tell they truly support Black-owned businesses, which makes shopping here feel even better. The service was top-tier, and the atmosphere felt warm and community-focused. I’ll definitely be coming back!

The owner was extremely kind and helpful. She gave me many choices to choose from and she was super accommodating. It is a black owned business and she is a very hard worker. I had a pleasant experience and I will continue to go here. She has a big heart and truly wants everyone to achieve their hair goals. On top of that she has a wide range of hours which most beauty supply shops don't which was very useful. Everyone should come here!!!

The owner is very kind and welcoming. Will definitely be back it is very clear she cares about her customers and gave me a discount both times iv shopped with her. Amazing person support her business!! If she isn’t in the store call her and she will accommodate for you, even close to closing times she is great

Kone was super nice and welcoming. There was a sign on the door to call, and she came and opened the store within seconds. I was able to get everything I needed quickly. She’s also the only beauty supply store I found that’s open this late — definitely a lifesaver!

Please support this Black-owned business. Ms. Kone is very down to earth and welcoming. We showed up during business hours, but she was away at that time. So, we called and she said she would give us a discount because we showed up when she wasn’t there, to which she did when we returned. Ms. Kone is very helpful and provided hair advice when I asked too. It was our first time shopping and overall, we had a good experience and would return.

Kone was such a helpful kind person! You can see she really cares about wanting to guide others on the products they should buy! I think everyone looking for beauty supplies should come here!!
