I tried taking one of the chairs to sit outside the door and the lady (Isabel) points to me and says “no.” Noting I’d bring it back inside she glares at me and says “no” again shaking her head and rudely pointing to put the chair down as if talking to me like a child. Her customer service needs work and can work on treating her customers more politely. Taking into account customer comfort would be appreciated

Clean, well-organized, and equipped laundromat. Located next door to Trader's Joe in Kent. It offers same-day and 24-hour return laundry service for busy patrons. Reasonable hours of operation. Very friendly help staff.

This is a clean & well layed out laundry mat. Its location is ideal with being in the Kent Meridian Shopping Center complex near Trader Joes and acorss the street from Safeway. I've been to many laundry mats over 50 years, and Laundry Depot is my favorite because there is always someone there to assist with any laundry problem. All employees are efficient and friendly. There are different sizes of machine and metal rolling carts to use transporting laundry items. There is an ATM inside to get cash. Then, you can get the needed quarters to pay for the loads.

Laundry Depot is decent. The machines are clean as far as I have been able to tell, and comparatively it is decently priced.

washers and dryers are old and dont wash well. we washed multiple times over and our farmers were all still dirty. customer service. haha extremely rude and doesn't care. the cost of washing is way over priced for the poor lack of cleaning they provide. dont wash here. if i could give them no star i would.

Nice place, clean, and lots of machines. They have 1 bathroom and many carts for customers to use. There is also a change machine, ATM and vending machine. This location also offers washing services. You can drop off your laundry, they wash and fold it, and you pick it up at your convenience. Not many places to sit but plenty of surfaces to fold your laundry. There is also a sink outside of the bathroom if needed.Washer prices range from $3.75 up to $7.75. Dryers are $0.25 per 5mins.
