Very disappointed after being a customer for over twenty years and multiple cars. Not only was the issue not resolved but I was made to feel thoroughly stupid about it. Even though you are the closest, its time to consider a different location. Would really like to speak to someone in charge about this.

Customer Service was great, the lack of getting a oil change sucked. I ended up driving to kent ,very inconvenient.

Changed my wives brakes yesterday, come to find out when she brought her vehicle in several months ago for oil change and tire rotation the lug nuts on her front driver side tire were barely more than hand tightened proving yet again why mechanics can't be trusted and why no one touches my car but me. Do the job yourself if you can or at least double check their work.

I had to go in and get four new tires. Unfortunately, I was there for three hours. Wifi didn't work, which left me stranded for those three hours. However, that's life! Staff was phenomenal, informative, and kind.

Huge shoutout to LUCKY at Les Schwab on Pac Highway! He spent over 20 minutes checking and filling the tires on my RV — even took off all the hubcaps to do it right. Then he checked my car right behind it too, no questions asked. Turns out the RV tire pressure was dangerously low, and honestly, he probably saved us from a serious accident on our next trip.
LUCKY was professional, kind, and super thorough. I didn’t even buy anything today, and he still treated me like a VIP. Because of him, I’m a Les Schwab customer for life. You’ve definitely earned my business for all my cars and my RV.

One guy told me over the phone they might be able to repair my tire. I got to the place and a guy came to me and told me the wait was 1.5 hours to see if they can repair my tire. 2 hours later a different guy came and saw my car, looked at the tire and told me it cannot be repaired, must be replaced. Why didnt the guy who came to greet me tell me that beforehand when he was right next to my car???

Took my 2008 GMC Duramax there to get an alignment. It didn't hold you very long and then we discovered quite a bit going on with the front end.
The guys handled everything, Joe, Efren, and Derik I'll do a great job running that ship !
I'd recommend Les Schwab

Stopped in for some advice on new tires and staff was very friendly and helpful. Prices were substantially higher than online. Also noticed in my estimate there were a bunch of different fees that added up to a couple hundred dollars. Would be better to get the great service and tires without exorbitant fees. Decided to shop around for a better deal.

My fiancé had an 8 am appointment 4/19/25 to have front and back brakes replaced, however parts were needed, so he left the car for the work to be done once the parts arrived.
It’s now 4:54 pm and his car hasn’t even been worked on! The shop closes in 5 mins and they haven’t even touched his car!!!
Lousy service and poor scheduling on their part! NEVER AGAIN, Les Schwab!

The service was prompted even though they had to get a tire from their warehouse. I didn't have an appointment so I expected it to take awhile.
