Brand new 2024 Colorado got a nail in the tire I've been going to Les Schwab for over 20 years I think they saw that and fix my tire free I appreciate that I only had to wait about an hour.

I came in near closing time on a Friday because I ran over something that put a hole in my tire on the highway. They didn't hesitate to get my car right back. Fixed my tire and replaced it on my vehicle super fast.

Okay, I'm biased, but the Sutherlin shop is absolutely the best. Easy in, easy out. Very knowledgeable and professional. This is my second time to this location and I can rest assured I'm getting a fair, honest assessment and the work will be always be exceptional. Hats off to the whole crew and special shout out to Eric Firestone for taking such good care of us.

Busy Monday for this shop, and the employees were running around and taking care of business. There was a woman ahead of me in line, but I got in at my appointment time and they got me out in time for me to get to work. I came in for a tire repair from a screw in my tread, a tire rotation and alignment. The employees that took my keys and information were polite and prompt with information, offered me popcorn and a spot to work on my laptop, and were friendly when giving me an update on my vehicle at the end of the service and smiled and joked as they took payment and got me on my way. Thanks for the hard work and great service, gentlemen! I'll be back for more truck work soon.

Will sell you unnecessary things and add it to your total at the end before telling you. They did unnecessary jobs on my car for a simple tire change. I have had two tires on my car changed without a single wheel rebalance and have had no problem with vibrations and then they proceed to charge me for a wheel rebalance when the weights were perfectly fine. Definitely not coming to Les Schwab ever again, would rather go to Discount Tire or another mechanic that I trust to not add unnecessary bs so they can steal more money from you. Along with the fact that the dude who rung me up was quite rude even with a banker on the phone to disprove all the things that the merchant was lying about.

had a very disappointing experience at Les Schwab due to the behavior of a technician named Holio. Upon my arrival, he told me I would need to wait 15 to 20 minutes just to get a small amount of air in one of my tires. Thankfully, another technician stepped in after a few minutes and he wanted to assist.
However, Holio’s attitude was unprofessional and disrespectful, he stopped him to help me out. It’s unacceptable for staff to treat customers this way. If Les Schwab continues to employ individuals who behave like this, they risk losing loyal customers. Because of this experience, I will no longer be returning to Les Schwab, and I won’t be recommending it to members of our community either.
I hope this technician receives proper training on customer service and professionalism. It’s extremely disappointing to encounter this kind of behavior from a company that is supposed to value its customers.

My husband took our van here and paid over $700 for them to fix our van. Well it wasnt fixed and my husband took it back to them for correction and they then said they dont know if thats the issue. then why would you have him spend over $700 for something if you werent for sure. He has emailed them and they have not responded to his email. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this Les Schwab as they seem dishonest and dont want to fix a mistake that they made.

I recently received service for a flat tire. I was promptly greeted upon arrival and my problem was addressed quickly. I was able to get all my questions addressed. The work was done in a timely manner, and I received great customer service.

Went there to get one tire fixed and ended up getting 6 for a great price. 4 new all terrains and 2 great sparse. Sean was a great help and went above and beyond today to make sure my needs were taken care of. I will definitely be sending my family and friends to do business there. Thank you.

Very poor experience, staff name julian or something was very rude and mean, which is certainly not nice. He should fix his behavior. Service is good but service also includes customer engagement and not passing comments on customers.

I know it's not a well tire check by my car is my baby and this location got me in and out in a timely fashion. Checked my tires, brakes, battery...just what I need for my next next road trip.
