Beware of les Schwab if feel pretty disappointed after spend almost 800 in repairs for fixing my steering wheel issue on my truck make sure you asked them at 100 percent if they willing to fixed it otherwise take to a real mechanic shop they just took my money and they couldn’t fixed my steering wheel issues it sucks if they knew they couldn’t fixed it they could just could I’m sorry we cant fix the issue you have in you car you should take to the shop but no they want to make money instead been honest

I had to jump-start my car on a couple of recent occasions, and went to Les Schwab at the 84th Avenue South location in Kent, WA, to have my battery tested; I was not surprised when informed that I needed a new battery. The employee (I believe that the name on his work shirt was CJ) was very courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. He gave me a couple of options for a battery replacement in a no pressure fashion. I probably could have purchased a cheaper battery elsewhere. However, I really appreciate the convenience of going to this particular Les Schwab store, and that over the last several years, that they have always repaired my flat tires at no cost to me. Good people.

Best les schwab center around here. Had some sound coming from the truck. They went above and beyond and figured it out. Craig was very easy to talk to and was very responsive. Definitely 5 stars!
