They are not equipped to handle moves. They are so short staff and sent warehouse guys to do our move, took extra days beyond their contract, managed to break high value items, scraped up doors, hand prints all over walls and furniture, dragged dog poop into my house ans I have yet to hear back from them about coming out and making it right. According to their own contract, they had 7 days to do that. They have done nothing, claiming that we did not file paperwork. Paperwork that I have carbons for.Utterly useless. Stay away from them at all costs.

I am deeply dissatisfied with the services provided by the Lincoln Moving Storage Company. My dissatisfaction stems from the company's failure to adhere to the terms outlined in our military contract. Specifically, they committed to completing my relocation within a 24-hour timeframe, a commitment that was egregiously and inexplicably breached. Astonishingly, what should have been a local move spanning a mere 3.4 miles stretched into an exorbitant four-day ordeal. This protracted delay is not only unacceptable but also utterly embarrassing. To compound matters, the company's mishandling of my belongings resulted in estimated damages exceeding $3,500. In response to this issue, I initiated a claim, only to encounter a level of unprofessionalism and discourtesy from the claims department that is beyond any reasonable expectation. Furthermore, their apparent lack of knowledge regarding the specifics of my move is truly perplexing. Initially, they redirected me to Paramount Moving, suggesting that they were responsible for my relocation. Subsequently, I was informed that my move was executed by Alpaca Moving in Albuquerque, New Mexico, which, it should be noted, is a considerable distance from my location in Washington State. I have unequivocally provided documentation confirming that the move was conducted by Lincoln Moving, using their own truck.Regrettably, my expectations for a timely resolution are modest, as the company's responsiveness has been abysmal. I strongly advise all readers to heed this comprehensive account of my experience and exercise caution when considering the services of Lincoln Moving Storage Company. By doing so, you can avoid the immense disappointment and frustration that I have endured. This company, in its current state, represents a significant source of embarrassment and disappointment.

Updated- I was contacted by the moving company to see what they could to make my experience better. They followed through with coming back out and helping me to make things right. Their communication was good, the guys that came out to help were super friendly and very helpful in setting everything right! We had a terrible experience with these movers. I was not able to be there when they packed our stuff, but they had clear instructions on what to pack. They were to take everything in the house except a few pieces of furniture that they were using to stage. They forgot our freezer, forgot to pack a whole cupboard full of dishes, and several random drawers and cabinets in the house and garage. When I contacted them about it they were like sorry, not sure what you want us to do about it. I paid the same price if they packed these items or not, so then I was forced to hire another set of movers to move these things they forgot. The packing job was terrible- they didn't put any of our art in boxes, just threw it in the truck. They opened boxes and just tossed stuff inside. No trying to organize it or pack it nicely. Absolutely awful job.

My neighbors used this moving company through a military move. One of the employees walked on to our property and scratched our vehicle with a tool. I have the incident on video from a security camera. When I attempted to put in a claim with the manager Karen, she told me to take it up with my insurance company. The company has terrible service and disregard for their customers. Use another company.

My move from Lakewood Washington to Corvallis Oregon was expedited by James Bender. What seemed complicated was made much easier by his answers and attention to detail. Would surely use the services of James at Lincoln again.

Worst moving company I ever had to deal with a military move. They miss labled or didn't even lable the boxes they packed. They double stickered items or incorrectly labled the inventory sheet. They had a different crew out for the 4 days it took them to pack us up because they showed up late every day. They also lost 2 large crates in our move. Now that we are going through claims we have to go off the horribly done inventory list that they did incorrectly so most of our stuff is now being denied. Do not hire this company. If you get stuck with them because of a military move you need to micromanage the crew that comes out to your house. Double check everything and make sure they are labeling everything correctly. You can not trust them to do their jobs correctly. They will lose your stuff. DO NOT TRUST THEM!!!

they haven’t even picked my things up yet and I am writing a bad review! The day they were supposed to pick my things up I put in leave from work so I could be there for it. Before the move was supposed to happen they told me they would probably come about mid day. I had called THREE times and got one answer. The one time they answered it was 4pm already, and the guy said it shouldn’t be much longer and they would call me when they were close. I told him no big deal because I would be home, but it’s a good thing I specifically made sure not to have any plans that day! By 8pm I try calling again, of course no answer because their building is closed, clearly I should have asked for a phone number for one of the movers. By 10pm I give up because nobody had showed up or even bothered to give me a phone call. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!

If I could give them 0 stars, I would. I recently PCSed with the Navy and unfortunately this is the moving company I ended up with. Things were smooth sailing until they came and moved my belongings. First, they were a few hours late on my scheduled delivery date. But in hindsight that’s not even a problem. THEY LOST MY ENTIRE SHIPMENT. Seriously, they “misplaced” my entire crate of belongings. Not just a box or a piece of furniture, but EVERYTHING. And by the sounds of it, they’re not really looking for it anymore. My mattress, TV, and furniture being lost is unacceptable of course, but I had personal, irreplaceable items that I will never get back. I don’t even know how this company is still in business.I received an email from the Executive Vice President of the company and he said, “We have re-inventoried our warehouse and your shipment is not in it…During this time, our warehouseman failed to follow procedures on your shipment.” I don’t even know how that’s a reason or an excuse to lose an ENTIRE SHIPMENT. I would never, ever recommend this company and again, they should be out of business.

Let me just start that this place shouldn't even be an option. Since the move in date they have been very unprofessional and very rude on the phone. No busy should ever answer the phone with a simple hello. No business name or nothing. Several of our stuff was broken like kids just threw our stuff around. We have a whole box missing and nobody even cared to look for it. We was told to contact the company when we was done unpacking to come get the boxes and they have say in the hallway for 2 weeks and it already 100 boxes. So I would not recommend this place to nobody and personal they shouldn't even be a company.

We thought we had a good company..... WRONG!!!! The crew that loaded us on August 20, in Arlington, WA appeared excellent. Quick, helpful. We were told the belongings would be stored in a vault at the company warehouse in Kent. We informed the company that we were closing on a new home in another state on September 24 and that the belongings needed to be put on the transport schedule. We received many excuses why that wasn't possible. FINALLY we were informed that the belongings would be shipped to arrive on October 20. The driver of the delivery said the move was not posted for drivers to take on until October 13! Obviously, we were not told the truth. Now, on December 29, we still do not have several belongings, including the pedestal base for our dining table and some other items. Additionally, several pieces were damaged, some cannot be repaired nor replaced. Even though we filed claims, NOTHING has been done! No indication of if or when we might see the table base so our six oak chairs just sit unused. NO INDICATION of any replacement or compensation for our damaged items. Our recommendation: FIND ANOTHER COMPANY AND SPREAD THE WORD--LINCOLN MOVING AND STORAGE IS TERRIBLE!!!!!

I was referred to Lincoln when I requested an estimate for a cross country move from Atlas. The estimate that we received from Lincoln was the only part of our move that went smoothly. There were many, many items that went wrong with the service that we received from Lincoln, ranging from our packer not arriving on the day specified, additional cost incurred due to Lincoln's negligence ($1400), inventory was botched, late deliveries (2-4 weeks late, final items delivered 7 weeks after load date), lost items (21 boxes!!!), and damage to furniture items. When I called or emailed, our coordinator wasn't helpful, and no one really seemed to care. I would never recommend this company to anyone.

Aside from showing up at 11:00 am on both days to begin the offload of my belongings, their loading person(s) lack basic education in truck and crate loading skills. The first day 1 of the 4 crates was loaded backwards. I had to personally assist the two guys in ripping of the back of this crate so the work could continue. Day 2 went semi-well until the roll up door of the Penske truck went up. Inside was my Grandfather Clock that was special crated with decals/placards instr
