We were shopping and didn’t realize the store was about to close—rather than letting us know, the staff just cut the music, leaving us in total silence. A quick heads-up would’ve been appreciated and we would’ve happily wrapped up. We bought the cutest sweater ever, and it was extremely awkward.

I visited the store to return an online order, but the customer service was far from satisfactory. When I asked if my item could be exchanged, since it was a final sale and couldn’t be returned, the representative responded rudely. She said, ‘You bought it with 70% off, and they want to get rid of it, so there shouldn’t be any exchange.’ Afterward, she ignored me even when I apologized. I do not recommend shopping at this store.

Loft is one of my favorite stores. I'm thrilled they've opened another location, as they offer an extensive collection and frequently have sales. The staff is always friendly and helpful, and the location provides free parking. I highly recommend it!

Friendly employees that are helpful and attentive. Good selection of styles for the season. Store is very clean and organized.

Loft was super organized and even had whole sections that were separated by size. I wanted to find a nice white top for a Save the Date photo and was able to choose from about 12 clean white ones that were all an additional 40% off. Honestly they would have been too expensive otherwise ($79). There were tons of style options and the sales women were friendly, but not overbearing. Which I very much appreciated!

Staff completely ignored me. Didn’t offer to help or try to connect with me at all. Sounded like they had a friend trying on clothes when I was there and staff were completely consumed by her trying on outfits. Totally different experience from the Gig Harbor store. I won’t come to this store again.

Love this Loft! Best kept secret. No one thinks of this location but it has the best selection. Store is always well stocked, very clean and organized, like all Lofts, staff is great and accommodating. I always call this store first for items that are hard to find. I hope this one never shuts down!

I went in with my wife. She looked through the entire store and not once did the 2 sales people speak to either of us. They were too caught up in their conversation with each other I guess. Anyway not a great experience. The store was very clean and well organized though.

I love the variety of women's clothing here! They always have really good sales going on, so I like to pop in often to check those out as well as the current seasons offerings. Very comfortable, stylish, affordable clothing! The staff is very helpful and friendly. Returns are accepted according to policy with no issues whatsoever.
