Tanner and his team have went above and beyond! They took an old 72 chevelle I found in a field and made it look like it came out of Le Mays!!!I highly recommend Kent Maaco! Fair pricing, quality work and top notch customer service!

Oh Gosh, this is first time I did business with this Shop, was little hesitant but I was surprised to see their service right from the day I got my vehicle into the shop and the day they completed the service - everyone from reception to techs to manager did above and beyond in customer satisfaction, job professionalism,, office etiquette and being so friendly and dedicated. The two ladies on the front seat Tay and Kat (sorry if I misspelled the names) are real assets to the Company- superb customer service and it was a pleasure to be met by the company Manager at this Kent location to give me the final assurance for the best service. I recommend this paint and body shop. They evaluated the work on my car and offered me different options based on my budget. Everything was upfront, professional and clear with great customer service. They stood by their work and addressed minor issues I pointed out. Overall I'm very satisfied with the paint and repair work.

I brought my car in to have my bumper and tail light looked at and had the best experience. The customer service was incredible, the employees up front were knowledgeable and professional, and the store manager, Tanner, was extremely helpful and friendly. I highly recommend this shop for anyone looking for some great body work and a professional environment.

Highly recommend for any of your bodywork and/or painting needs! I worked with a couple of the guys but mostly Tanner. I'm sure I annoyed them with my several questions and change of options after several visits and phone calls but all had great customer service and answered my questions.My car needed a lot of body work done and also did a big color change. It came out great! I'm very pleased. For the price, it can be beat.I saw some really nice cars parked outside at times so you know they are doing something right when people are trusting this crew to their nice cars.Don't hesitate to stop by. They will take care of you.
