Makers' Mercantile provides amazing customer service. The staff is friendly and helpful. They have limited stock from a few brands, but their in-house skeins are gorgeous. The company is easy to deal with and resolves issues quickly, such as replacing a faulty addi circular needle. Makers' Mercantile is worth a visit, and many customers will buy from them again, highly recommending the company.
