These folks are fantastic. Super cheap cell phone plans and absolutely great customer service. Went in today and they checked my account and turns out I was missing out on free Amazon prime. She signed me up and now I'll get that as well. Plus they do T-Mobile Tuesday schwag so on Tuesdays pop in for some freebies. Customer rep gave me a grip of stuff I missed out on.
Not going anywhere but MetroPCS. Much cheaper and better to experience than regular T-Mobile with the same network and half the price.
Y'all are off the hook. Thanks again!

The guy who helped us out was very friendly and very very helpful we were there for a very long time but most of the time was because he had to call T-Mobile to get us switched over to T-Mobile so we can get the phones we wanted for free and gave us the option to wear in 2 months we could switch back to Metro PCS if we would like we have had MetroPCS since 2013 or 2014 but just recently switched to T-Mobile to get the phones we want it for free I was very happy with the outcome of our visit there

The Two Ladies Nancy & tea were wonderful! I came in to simply pay my bill and both these ladies let me know if the current deals I have on my account and helped me update my rate plan to a more affordable plan that actually fit all my needs ! Recommend this location
