I usually like coming to this Money Tree location, but recently there’s a new male employee who spends way too much time chatting with customers about non-business topics while others are waiting in line. Today, there were about ten people waiting, and he kept talking with one customer for several minutes instead of helping others. It was really frustrating and unprofessional. I hope management addresses this and reminds staff to focus on helping customers efficiently.

Was in there for a hour almost and didn't get manger help the was acting not so smart and whispering like I can't here them . Basically did there job ... so annoyed .

Manager is terrible no help at all, continually kept putting her finger in my face telling me to shuttup and being rude because i was trying to explain something all she kept saying is it's not their policy and that i was lying I'm sure it isn't policy but that doesn't stop some people from doing something which is probably what happened, super unprofessional and a terrible the manager there seriously needs to learn how to talk to people.

Angelita, was very rude to me today because I misunderstood her over the mask. I apologized for misunderstanding, but she continued to make me feel stupid for not hearing her correctly. She was cold the whole rest of the transaction, I am so sorry I even bothered coming in.I won't be back.

I got a a netspend debit card back in november i called them 4 different times to get my official card and they still havent sent it its been 6 months they have shut down my card and i cant get ahold of customer service because they keep shutting off my temporary card I will be takeing my money out of the account and will never go through netspend again.

This place doesn't give away the company's free pens..the pens that advertise their business! You used to be able to go inside and grab a pen off the countertop, so u could fill out their required paperwork, but now the tellers hoard them behind the glass windows! So I have to stand in line for 10 minutes just to get to the window and ask to use their pen! Next, another 10 minutes passes becuz I've got these papers to complete! Wow, money tree! I thought you would want customers to have your company logo circulating throughout the community!

They are always available in a pinch, I needed to get my brakes fixed, didnt have the money, I was able to get a loan in minutes.
