Steve was very considerate and addressed all of my concerns of working with them.
Steve continued to keep me updated on the car proactively.
If I ever need auto repair, I will definitely come back here as I know I will be taken care of.
Additionally, I was pointed to lawyers and other connections by Steve that really helped me relieve myself from all the stress of being involved in an accident.
Really appreciate his work.

By far the best auto shop I have ever had the pleasure of working with. They were professional and kept me informed the entire way through the process of getting my car fixed. I've had some pretty bad experiences with other body shops either cutting corners or being really sloppy with their work, but I can't even tell I had a pole sticking out of my car nearly two months prior. They even organized my (admittedly) messy car. I honestly don't think I will take my car anywhere else if I unfortunately get into another accident. If you are reading this and need car work, I implore you to give this place a chance. You won't be disappointed.

Definitely come here! I had a minor accident where I needed the passenger side fender replaced on my car and the front bumper had to be repainted.
The fender was replaced perfectly and is 100% identical to the other side, and both parts were paint matched perfectly. Panel gaps are perfectly even on both sides. It looks like nothing had happened at all.
I did get the car back with scratches that were not there before on my door and door sill, but my car is a lot lower than a normal passenger car so I can see why. But all I had to do was give them a call, see when I could come in and they buffed out the scratches for me. I was in and out within the hour.
The only thing is there is a lot of trees around where they park the cars, so expect your car back with some tree sap and tree debris. But that's hardly within their control.
10/10 Amazing work and service. Hopefully nothing happens again, but if something does, I'll definitely be coming back here. I can definitely recommend this shop.

I would recommend these guys to anyone. I went there for a minor repair and they fixed it very quickly. They are very professional, the owner is a very nice person, and their car technicians are highly skilled. This will be my go-to place from now on. Thanks, guys!

I was searching for collision repair shop when i stumbled upon national auto collision on google I saw the 5 star reviews so I decided to bring my 2022 Toyota in for repair, I was mind blown by the service of the team, Alex explained to me everything that I needed to know, amazing communication skills and follow up. The guys at the shop take pride of their work, the price was fair and the work craftsmanship blow my mind.
from the body work to the paint job especially Toyota midnight black metallic the color was matched spot on.I highly recommend this shop for anyone looking for auto body work it’s a wonderful experience and for sure national collision center got a customer for life.

My Prius door had to be repaired and they provided a top notch service for me. I didn’t have a ride and their staff was able to drop me off on their way to home. Luckily it was on the way. Friendly gesture was really appreciated as we could both benefit from riding the carpool lane. They were very clear on their communication and the door was repaired sooner than I expected. Just glad to get my Prius back nice and clean. Highly recommend this place for your body shop.

Steve, the owner, was very helpful when I was struggling with the negative past experiences at the car repair shop. He was straightforward to the fact and honest on the price. Also, the skills from his staff proved why the owner was so confident of a successful outcome.

I had an unfortunate/unexpected auto collision required professional needs. Upon my long research and experiences, NAC place reserved very knowledgeable staff members, well accommodating and courteous services. I would not recommend this shop for Tesla repairs. Despite reading positive reviews and taking a chance on a non-Tesla certified body shop, my experience was extremely disappointing.
My repair involved replacing the rear hatch door and repainting the rear bumper. After a week-long delay, I picked up my Tesla Model Y only to find a list of problems:
Misaligned Hatch Door: The hatch door was not properly aligned, resulting in visible gaps between the top of the hinge and the rear bumper. These gaps were perfect before the accident.
Damaged Carbon Spoiler: The edges of the carbon spoiler were coming off. I had to take it to a Tesla service center for replacement.
Peeling Tesla Emblem: The Tesla emblem on the rear hatch peeled off just three weeks after the repair.
Imperfect Bumper Paint: There were noticeable imperfections in the bumper paint that required additional work.
This experience was incredibly frustrating and I would caution others against choosing this shop for their Tesla repairs.

I hardly ever leave a review, but I will make an exception for these guys. I have to say that I've been lucky past 20 years, and I did not have to deal with insurance, nor the repair shops. I am sure everyone can relate the frustration that I have experienced with insurance companies. I guess it was extra difficult for me, not having to deal with the accident in a while, but the whole process was confusing for me from the get-go.
When I filed the claim, my agent told me to get three different estimates from any shops. I took a day off to follow through with the appointments that I set in three different shops. National auto collision was the second shop that I stopped by that day (I wish they were my first......). In many cases, I feel frustrated when I am lacking in knowledge regarding the matter. I noticed that it is really really hard to find people that explaining things to me at my own pace.
I grabbed a sit to talk to Steve to go over the situation with him, and I told him this is the second shop that I stopped by. He seemed puzzled. He explained the whole process for each insurance companies and advised me to follow his lead. What he explained to me made sense in my head, and at this point, I have already decided to bring my car here. I made those three appointments based on the review I read, so making that decision wasn't very hard. According to the reviews I read, the work quality seemed obviously good. But what made me choose this shop was Steve and his crews' attitude. I felt like my questions were answered (unlike my insurance agent giving me false information), and I just became worry-free.
I think it is important to be able to trust the shop, especially when they are the ones handling my baby. I thank National auto collision for being straight with me and backing up their words.
One of my hobbies is to wash my own car. It's just something I have done for years, and it is also my way of inspecting my own vehicle. From the paint matching to alignment of each panels and overall work quality, I highly recommend National Auto to anyone that needs the repair job for their precious babe!
I do not want to see these boys anytime soon, but at least I know where to come.
