Had to use NW Transport to discharge from the hospital. They have rather asinine rules. They refuse to bring their wheelchair to my room, and made the nursing staff bring it to me so I could transfer to the chair. That wouldn't have been such a big deal, but the company requires that from the time they receive the chair at the nurses station I have to be in the chair and back to them within five minutes or they start charging by the minute, I had a 1 o'clock appointment and the driver didn't show up till nearly 1:10 PM. Do you think they paid me for the time waiting for them? Of course, the answer is no. The driver was rather rude and I could tell based on his attitude he did not want to deal with me. He didn't say a word to me the entire trip, until I finally gave him the directions to my drop off point. I will never use the service again it's very expensive, it cost $150 to drive 8 miles. I would have used Tri-med which has a $90 flat fee, but unfortunately I was unable to use them.

Their subcontractors’ vans are unsafe and the drivers are always late and rude. Yesterday’s home pick up was 20 minutes late, van ride was extremely uncomfortable and unsafe. I rode with my 84 year old mother with extreme fall risk, as I was concerned about her safety. It was the scariest ride we’ve ever been on. The hospital pick up was 1.5 hrs late at which point I called Lyft to pick us up. So sad that our most vulnerable citizens are matched up with this transportation company.

They park in front of your house at 8 am with their music blaring. Not cool!

Some drivers are friendlier than others, however, ALL of the drivers were safe excellent drivers!!

I said the date 5 times in setup. They screwed up somewhere cancelled the ride and left a quadriplegic stranded after dental surgery. Liza in scheduling got rude. Started contacting herself and giving flippant answers! Never rely on this service!!!

Securing this necessary service came at a most crucial time for me to get to St Clare's Hospital ER. My normal transport informed me they could not take me. After google search, I contacted NW Transport 5 mins BEFORE closing and owner answered. I told him of the situation and he worked with me which took a load off my mind. Their service is great, the driver very courteous and attentive to me. Thank You NW Transport! Highly Recommend them.

Driver Mike was super friendly, showed up a bit early (that's a good thing, some transportation companies are always late to extremely late). Best one I've used yet and a fantastic driver.

I would never if I didn't have to. L and I contract this company so they have no customer service or patience for anyone who dosent comply to their terrible customer service demands. I.e. if you don't take the ride because the time is wrong or you can't fit your wheelchair in they will burn you with a no show...if you call in with discrepancy they act like "why are you calling me?"I had to take a ride 45 mins early when I scheduled days prior to a doctor's appointment.So here I am 45mins before they even open sitting outside for 45 mins.These companies that treat you like they don't need your business because they have a contract with the state shouldn't get to treat people like a lesser person and stay with the contract.

Once the drive dumped me off 6 blocks away from Swedish Hospital in downtown Seattle. With my walker I walked up hill six blocks to 1221 Madison Street and was late! He never got fired nor repremanded. A few weeks later he picked me up again at first denied that happened but later admitted it and tried to say it was my fault. When we arrived at my appointment in Issaquah he said to "at least I took you to the right place today!)

Apparently their minivans can't hold a folded up wheel chair, so they'll mark you as a no show and leave even tho Hopelink sent them out. I had been stranded at the hospital for 10 hours at that point. The prius from Lyft that arrived a bit later, folded my chair and had it in his trunk in less than 30 seconds????? I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone with a wheelchair..... they're rude, they lie and they certainly don't know how to treat the disabled....

EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED I set a pickup time 10:30 AM for an appointment at 11:00 AM. I received NO call that they were running late, and didn't receive a call AT ALL until they were on location at 11:20 (almost an hour AFTER my scheduled pickup time and after the appointment start time). I feel like that is EXTREMELY unprofessional. If I am required to call in advance to cancel the appointment, I feel like there should also be a requirement to notify me PRIOR that services are running late. Needless to say the appointment was missed due to the horrible communication. Would NOT recommend as this is not the first time lateness has happened and not been communicated
