I had a bike fit done on my tri bike at a regular bike shop, and they had no idea what they were doing, cost me a ton of money and wasn't the right fit. Northwest Tri & Bike was able to fix the fit for me in about 20 minutes at an extremely reasonable price. This place is awesome, and the staff is super helpful.

Awesome shop! Set up a bike fit appointment for my road bike I am currently using for triathlon racing. Ian did my fit and was super knowledgeable and helpful answering all of my questions. He adjusted my seat height, seat angle and positioning, handle bar height and distance from my seat. Really overhauled my whole set up and it feels great. A lot more comfortable and feel like I am able to generate more power with less effort than before. I wanted to also add aero bars for my upcoming IM 70.3 at Lake Wilderness next month and Ian gave me a ton of helpful information about the pros and cons of adding aero bars to road bikes. He explained how extended aero bar tuck on road bikes can fatigue the legs and hips quickly and effect the beginning of the run off the bike. Great experience, staff was friendly and helpful, large selection of gear. Definitely going back for next race bike upgrade purchase!

Huge shout out to Northwest Tri and Bike Owner/Hero who changed my flat rear tire at mile 15 of the Enumclaw Triathlon and literally saved my podium finish. Thank you for giving back to the community!!

The one stop shop for all of your tri needs! Amazing service, very knowledgable on all things bike / swim / run, and unlikely they won’t have what you’re looking for! The ultimate shop for triathletes and just about anyone else looking for a bike! The only shop I could find that accommodates new AND used bikes with the used component as a good-faith service for their loyal customers! Andrew was incredibly patient with me as a new triathlete and contained all the knowledge needed to get me going! I can’t recommend this shop enough, and only wish there was a NWTB closer to my home. Nonetheless, it’s worth the 1 hour drive every time!

This is the best triathlon shop in the Pacific Northwest. Full Stop. I've traveled around the nation and world racing triathlon and know that Andrew and Ian plus their crew will know how to get me to the finish line safe and fast! I live in Seattle but it's completely worth the drive.

I had a quick bike fit and Ian did a great job with quick diagnosis and fixed the saddle height and angle. Overall a 15 min job and a happy customer. They seem genuine in their costs and I already scheduled service appointment for my bikes. I wish I lived closer but seems worth the drive.

Bought a Cervelo Aspero, they built up my size and had great service. I came back for a fitting and tune up after a few months. Couldn’t be happier.

Thank you to the Northwest Tri & Bike team. Bought my Cannondale Trail 7 elsewhere in Feb. That was my 1st mistake. Recently been having issues with slippage and performance when riding up hills, etc. Been trying to adjust/resolve it myself. That was my 2nd mistake.Took it to Northwest Tri & Bike late Tuesday afternoon, they kept me updated and I had it back on Wed. That was the right thing to do.Went for my nightly 12 mile ride on Soos Creek Trail and called them when I got home and left them this message, "I don't know what the heck you did to my bike, but I've had it for 8 months and it's never functioned as smoothly as it does now! It's awesome. Thank you!!" Oh ... and the bill was < half of what I thought it would be.Glad I bought my other Cannondale from them. And my Blue 70 wetsuit.
