O'Reilly Auto Parts has always been reliable, and the staff is always helpful. They greet when you walk in, dont leave the counter unstaffed if they can help it, and they help you with options if you need help.

I went in looking for help. Im truck driver that does deliveries in OR and WA area. I was having trouble with my lift gate and getting power to it. John came out to assist me and got his hands dirty to make sure I was able to get up and get my way. I don’t live in the area, but I always go to O’Reilly’s for all my auto part needs. If you’re by John’s store, that man is gem and you should stop by. I’m sure he would be happy to help. Thanks John!

Not only do they try to tow my car away as I was in the store buying stuff from them I got a replacement thermostat housing for my 1999 Buick century and that car has to come with a couple fittings so you can burp it when you put antifreeze in well they gave me the fitting but they gave me a zerk fitting that doesn't hold anything in so that thermostat housing doesn't do me any good because it doesn't hold water thanks O'Reilly's

So this morning I buy wiper arms and wiper blades for my new van$100 for the whole set but one of the arms is broken off when it comes out of the package so the guy tells me I'll have the replacement today or tomorrow about 10 minutes ago I get a phone call from them I go into the store the guy does all the paperwork then tells me I owe them $27 I said I've already paid for this so I go get the bad one out of the van come back in add another employee says we don't even sell those so not only did they give me a bad part they call me a liar and a thief mind you they called me but we're not smart enough to figure we're they got my phone number. Not only that when they realized how wrong they were they said they don't have my replacement that I already payed for but the exact same part they tried to get me to pay for they are going to hold onto for a customer to buy and make me wait another day fort something I already payed. For on top of calling me a liar and a thief as you can guess I am more than a little pissed off of do business with this business keep your expectations low

Just showed up to pickup my order, store is closed for lunch? Oreillys really needs to pay their employees more so they actually have staff. Looks like I’ll find another store for the regular.
