I needed the batteries in my key fobs swapped out and James helped me today and was very friendly, funny, respectful, and very helpful today. He is a great addition to this establishment and will be suggesting people I know to go there to also be helped by him.

The assistant manager at the meeker location, was very helpful, patient, took her time making sure I understand what's going on with my car, I recommend this store to everyone now, Kelsey is the best, she has a very welcome, smile always smiling and very patient and thorough with her customers.

Matthew and Kelsey are the best!
Very quick, knowledgeable and efficient! Kelsey got my battery ordered and into the store within 2 hours.
Matthew installed it for me, as well as my air filter! Really appreciate their help with this unexpected issue and taking over handling the install!

Worst experience I’ve ever had at a store, after asking for a different part that didn’t work for my socket, the worker said “you’re taking too much time” note that there was no one in the store with no line or people waiting, I never write reviews but this was just absolutely ridiculous!

Even though they didn’t have the specific part I was looking for, the team at this O’Reilly’s location was extremely helpful and professional. They took the time to check their inventory thoroughly and offered to look up availability at other nearby stores. I appreciated their willingness to help and the effort they made to point me in the right direction. Great customer service and a clean, well-organized store. I’ll definitely return for future auto needs.

At first I had a great experience. The manager was very helpful. As soon as he left it was like night and day the employee that was helpful when manager was there was rude said I was wasting his time. I believe his name was James. Everytime I come here now all I hear is his load mouth talking down about someone. They need to get rid of that guy asap.
