“Best experience I’ve ever had at a specialty type store. I went in on a Monday morning shortly after they opened and they were slammed with large account purchasers. I’m just an idiot that was trying to buy one gallon of cheap paint and have no idea what I need or want. I was helped by Noe and received excellent customer service from him, regardless of the fact that he was having to spoon feed me the basics of paint and that I was undoubtedly throwing sand in the gears of what appeared to be a well oiled machine before I walked in. “Super tight to get into with 53ft trailer. Would advise backing into the dock closest to the entrance. No O.N.P unless you wanna risk parking on the street. Folks are super nice though and will unload quickly. Just hope no LTL pull up before they start unloading. They will ask can it go ahead of you....”

“The only company I trust for great stain matching! There are others but they usually fall short. Dalys stain line just works, everytime, never had a sample match rejected when they make it. Sometimes its not a simple wipe on wipe off but the results speak for themselves. They are great about answering questions and make sure you follow every step they did and you wont be disappointed.”

“These guys are great Way different than dealing with Wesco. When dealing with these guys I was able to ask questions and have a conversation about the subject of auto body and paint without being treated like I'm an idiot. These guys are very knowledgeable I've been in the game for a quiet a bit of time I'd say a minimum of 30 years. I got a chance to talk with the fellas ask some questions about their products and their paint products that they have in-house that they make customly. I from now on will never go to Wesco again Wesco gave me the worst customer service for decades screw those guys this is the place to go! This is the place to go for your auto body needs in South King county Washington state. I believe they are the company that will ship auto body paint anywhere to anyone. You can open a business account or you can walk in the door and pay without getting the westco markup. I can't say enough about these guys and it was only my first time walking in that store just great and they survived this long off of word of mouth I can't say enough about this company and it has potential.”

“Sherwin Williams Floorcovering looked into the below complaint immediately when contacted after the accusations of name calling below 3 months ago and found that this was an traffic incident between two drivers out in the vicinity of a shared parking lot. They are not familiar with this complainant as a customer at this Floorcovering store. His complaint was followed up on anyway and surrounding stores were called to help, to the best of our ability, to shed light on this complaint and again this seemed to be a parking lot/traffic altercation between an off duty employee from another store adjacent to ours. After what I assume to be this reviewer, contacted the district office, it was determined that no one at Sherwin Williams Floorcovering was involved with this traffic altercation between two drivers in the lot in front of the store outside of our business hours, he had assumed a uniformed male employee that he had a heated exchange with was our Floorcovering employee, but again, Floorcovering employees don't wear uniforms, our store was not open, nor were any of our male employees in the area at the time of the incident.”
“Thomas was absolutely phenomenal! We were unsure of a lot, but Thomas was able to guide us to precisely what we needed. When what we were recommended wasn't in stock, Thomas had a back up item ready to go! Thomas was also knowledgable about local painters, and was able to assure us as to the quality of the painter we had already contracted. Next time we need paint, we will absolutely be returning here!”

Easy paint to work with with DIY, we have currently only used the Super Paint which has been great. All the employees have been very helpful and easy to work with, I'd highly recommend them! Also sign up for the account and wait for sales, they seem to do them pretty regularly so far and it's already saved us hundreds.”
