Nice atmosphere and friendly place. Have gone several times now. Good job on nail shaping and clearly use the right base and top coat since my polish stays on for a long time - which is really the true test!

Very unprofessional experience and don’t care about the customer’s concern, I was there on the 29th of June and paid $45 for fill and shellac. I had to find another nail shop in Kent and paid $45 to fix my nails again with fill and shellac. To pay $45 to Pauline’s Nails and the fill lasted only 8 days! That’s viewed to be cheating your customers. When Kim used to work on my nails with the builder gel, no issues! Until that nail tech on the picture that ignored me, don’t want to help me, and act like nothing happened. She’s the one that did my nails on the 29th until the nails started to lift! No good, poor communications, and why continue business if don’t want to work in customer service!

I've been going to this nail salon for over 10 years and every time my nails and pedi's turn out perfect. My nails last longer than any other salon that I've been to and I work with my hands and I am very rough with them. This salon also has a large range of variety when it comes to polish colors.

I've been going to the Des Moines location so I wanted to check out their Kent location to see the difference. The ladies working there were nice. There was a slight misunderstanding with my appointment. I thought I said 430 but they said they wrote down 4pm for my mani-pedi. They asked me to wait a bit before someone can be available to do my pedicure. The massage was amazing! After my pedicure, they asked me to wait half an hour for my manicure since they're so busy. I was getting a little agitated but I decided to stay coz I didn't want to come back for another trip and I really wanted my nails done. Luckily, i only waited for about 15 minutes before someone started working on my nails. The manicure was much more rushed than the pedicure. I felt like they didn't spend enough time letting my nails go under the UV machine (coz I did shellac). The nail polish on one of the nails chipped the following day :( I'm not opposed to giving this place another try in the future but maybe not anytime soon.

I had booked a appointment for 4 people and confirmed day of. Then had 5 people show up. The salon was empty. They did not have nail dip, or acrylic for feet. They kept on saying no for single service we asked for. Would not recommend this location. We were getting nails done for my sister's wedding and we're in a time crunch. We ended up only doing pedicure and going to a different location. +1Excellent location and parking +0 nails variety +0 Customer service
