Great Great service! ✨?? I paid a REALLY good price to rent a truck for a day. The team in Kent and Lacey really helped me a lot given my circumstances. The staff was super friendly, professional and understanding. I Most definitely recommend Penske and will definitely use them again.

Says in the response someone will reach out to us but it's been more than 2 months and no one has been following up to this matter. Disappointed at the customer service and customer relationship service.Dear Sir/Madam,As long-term customer of Penske Trucks, we at Luban Cabinetry Inc. in Kent WA are disappointed with the recent theft case of our leased Penske Truck on Sunday, March 19, 2023, during our non-business hours. We promptly reported the case to the Kent police department and Penske.We were under the impression that all Penske trucks have GPS systems and can shut off the engine remotely if the stolen truck is running. Therefore, we waited for Penske to monitor the truck and pick up the signal once the stolen truck was turned on. However, we did not receive any updates from Penske for a week, and we were informed that this type of case has to wait for Penske's security department, which only answers on Tuesdays and Thursdays.On March 27, a bystander reported that the stolen truck was being driven recklessly in Seattle, and we immediately contacted Penske to track the stolen truck. However, Penske informed us that they were still waiting for their security department's approval before taking any action, and we missed the location of the stolen truck.Fortunately, on March 28, one of our employee family members saw the stolen truck and quickly called us. We were able to track it down, and with the help of the police, finally retrieved it. We are disappointed with Penske's unprofessionalism, inefficiency, and inability to provide quality customer support to trusted clients like us. It is very difficult for us to continue leasing from Penske without quality customer service.The way Penske handled this situation made us question their intentions and ethics. We are concerned that Penske may try to claim insurance from us. We would like to know what we can do to continue leasing from Penske.Thank you for your attention to this matter.Sincerely,Luban Cabinetry Inc.

Great experience renting a 12ft truck, Tristan was super helpful, truck was clean and everything in perfect working order with low miles, I did not expect such a great experience due to previous rentals from another company who shall remain unnamed. :)

A logistics firm I work with sent me to Penske to obtain a new registration for a box truck they've leased for awhile.Before we knew I was sent to the wrong truck rental firm, Penske's service department fixed an issue with the drivers seat that was a potential hazard, such that the delivery drivers avoided it whenever they could.Thank you Penske !

I reserved a 16 foot box truck with a rail lift gate which is what I needed to move an item that required special care in moving. I called the Penske located in Kent and was told they have that truck up in Everett and that I needed to call them to reserve. I called the Everett location and they told me that the Kent location can make the reservation and then arrange to have a hiker transport the truck to Kent for the time I needed it. I called back the Kent location and explained what the Everett location told me. After sounding confused he made the reservation and gave me my reservation number.I called the day before to make sure the truck was going to be ready and the customer rep said that I had a tentative reservation and he would call me when they had the truck available. I said wait, what exactly are saying? and in a condescending manner said the truck is not available. I said I had a reservation for that truck, and again he said that was a tentative reservation. This rep was not going to in anyway be helpful and proceeded to act as if he could care less about the inconvenience I was experiencing.When I made this reservation at no time was the word "Tentative" used nor was it explained that they could just give the truck away that I thought I was reserving.This is bad business and although the customer service rep lacked any social skills or professionalism, Penske is the one to blame.They don't provide employees with training and a standard in which to conduct themselves. I have seen this complaint about reservations quit a bit.It's funny in a way cause I indirectly do a lot a business with Penske but I will now go out of my way not to do business with them as much as I can help it.I gave them 2 stars, only because when I called the Everett location to see if they still had the truck and explain what happened, He was trying to be helpful and understanding and tried to defend Penske by saying they would have never made the reservation without the tentative agreement, but alas it was not true cause they did.Although it will be more of an inconvenience and make the job harder to do, I will proudly be renting a Uhaul!
