They don't answer their phone. On hold for 1.5 hours. Got hold of technician via his cell phone I got when he called me on initial delivery of oxygen after we got home from hospital. My wife is out of oxygen in the bottle as of Friday. The portable machine only works for 40 minutes on a battery charge. Power keeps flickering on and off in this storm.
If we lose power, my wife will be out of oxygen!!

An email I just sent them. This company is a joke!
FYSA. This will be the last time I order my supplies through Performance Home Medical (Should be called Lack of Performance Home Medical, IMO).
I originally put this order in on October 22nd. It wasn't until November 1st that someone reached out to me to inform me that they weren't sure what exactly type of mask and headgear that I needed. Seriously... 10 days to tell me you didn't know something that you should already know?
I called you back that same day, Nov 1, and they reaffirmed they didn't know what I needed, that they didn't have a record of it. I said "really? It's the same exact thing I already ordered from you over the summer"... "oh, let me double check" she said... "yep here it is, sorry about that. we'll get that shipped out within 5 business days"
This morning... 2 weeks after that call... 24 DAYS after originally ordering, I get a notice that it's shipping, and UPS indicates they don't even have the package yet?!?
So, what, I've got another 5 days until I actually get it? This is such a joke. Almost a month to get the stuff that I needed a month ago! My headgear doesn't even work anymore.
You should all be embarrassed.
Last time... you've lost my business.

Don’t put up the phone or call back. Can not get my son supplies! SMH??
And hung up in my face because I got angry about my son not having his breathing supplies when I was able to get them on the phone.

Very disappointed with lack of customer service! Ordered supplies mid-June prior to retirement (insurance change) end of July. Successive delays, costing me and medical provider needless work, followed by order cancellation weeks after Medicare detail provided. Horrible customer care; taking business elsewhere!

They are all about getting paid and harassing you with threats of collection to get paid. Even when they have had your insurance details in their records for 2 months, you have spoken to them multiple times.

Eddie at Performance Home Medical was absolutely wonderful to work with. He guided me through options, provided helpful information for all of my questions, and was positive, calm and easy to work with. I won’t go anyplace else now for my CPAP needs.
I also want to say that everyone I’ve spoken to at PHM has been so professional and helpful. I feel grateful.
