Waited in line for 30 minutes to check in. Just told be told I’m at the wrong location when I could have been told that earlier and drove to the right location.
Had to peak through the windows just to be seen while the petco team was chatting away.
Then as I walked away, the petco employee finally came up to me and Jax. Asked if we needed help then proceeded to take his phone out and check the time…
No thanks.

Don't bother going here for a grooming appointment. They canceled on me as I was driving there. This is twice now they did this and now I'm out of time to get her in. Thanks a lot petco.

Grooming place here @Petco Kent is “Incompetent”!
What I asked to this place is that to be careful as my dog is healing from tore ligament 6 weeks ago. Also mentioned My baby walks fine and not taking medication anymore. Even though I said healing, she is okay and Veterinary Dr also said “Perfectly fine to have grooming”. The manager there told me even if Vet Dr says ok, they will not do grooming on my baby. When I mentioned to Vet Dr said because that groomers are not comeptent what they are doing and dont have good grooming skills. Then Vet said “take your pet somewhere else better skilled grooming place. No reason to go with INCOMPETENT Groomer. They will just hurt your pet.
You guys need to avoid this place. Even if your pet healthy, who knows whats going to happen to your loved ones with this incompetent groomers!

I have been struggling for months to try trim my dog's nails and stopped by Petco to have them do. No appointment necessary and it took about 10 minutes. I wish I would have thought of this sooner! Very inexpensive and my dog did not fight them at all. Well worth it and they did a great job!
