These people are THE WORST. They deliver for best buy. We waited a month for a delivery and were given a four hour delivery window the day after Christmas. Raced home to get there 30 minutes prior to the window. They showed up 30 minutes early and then just left. No call. Nothing. Just left.

The just sit on the packages and don't bother to deliver them. They needed 3 days to deliver a package 25 mins away. They made me wait for 45 minutes to pick a package at their location. It's very poorly managed place. I wish I can give zero star rating.

Difficult getting a hold of.Extremely poor service once I did. They contracted out my delivery that was supposed to be delivered two days ago to some 3rd party guy now refusing to deliver my package. And pilot is claiming there is nothing they can do.
