Initial visit was a scheduled viewing of a used RV found on-line. Sales staff was available immediately and spent plenty of time indulging my questions as I crawled all over the RV.

I was presently surprised. Poulsbo completed the warranty work needed. Scott Johnson was my service rep, and Scott kept me informed on what was happening with the approval process with Thor. I feel that his expertise dealing with Thors warranty department, helped to get the approvals from Thor to cover the cost for the repairs. If or most likely, when I need to bring my RV in for service or repairs, Scott Johnson at Poulsbo RV will be my first call!. By the way, I bought my RV from another dealer, and Scott Johnson treated me as if I had purchased the RV from Poulsbo RV.

Recent warranty and body work were done in a timely fashion and with high quality. Skylar Duncan, Service department, always goes above and beyond even coming into the shop on his day off to meet us!! Highly recommend.

We went in with our must have list and had 2 salesmen and the service manager all working to find a trailer that worked for us.they couldn't find one on the lot and the salesman Eric remembered a new unit they had on order for stock. It met all items on our list but 1. It had many more features that out weighed our 1. They worked within our budget and we are thrilled with our purchase and the service we got from everyone.

Great dealership and staff. We bought a used Tiffin Phaeton from them and they showed us several options on their lot in our price range, even provided age specific brochures for the one we were interested in. Took our trade in of a truck and 5th wheel which really made the switch to a motorhome easy.
Great job going through every detail, switch, button and knob before we drove off. As well as making sure everything was working.
Ethan, Kate, Michelle and TJ are knowledgeable and easy to work with. Could not be happier with our purchase or the entire process from looking to buying to delivery.
