Google needs to offer a zero stars option for this company. Do NOT get an alarm system from these people. Their service is completely inadequate and when you try to get rid of them, they just keep sending you bills. They are parasites.

absolute worst company ever then a customer for 15 plus years got a little behind in the bill they turned me off transferred seven times on hold over and over 45 minutes later disconnected. You couldn't pick a worst alarm company if you tried
