I have had a unit here since 2023. We are vacating it now. If I ever need a storage unit, I will always come back to this specific Public Storage. The resident manager is amazing, always available, so nice. I would come back just because of her! ❤️

Our experience at the 23439 Pacific Hwy. S. location was refreshing and very positive. The manager, Robin, was so helpful and pleasant to work with. She was knowledgeable, professional, and so easy to share our concerns with. She assuaged our concerns helping us to arrive at an excellent solution. The place is immaculate and safe with a bit of humanity by management !!

I can’t say enough about this place and all credit goes to Robin. Her prompt follow up and genuine personality is what got me to choose this place over the other storages. And when we were in a bind (we accidentally broke our lock) she came through and saved the day. I can’t say enough about her customer service and highly recommend this storage because of her!

This was my first experience renting storage space. I rented, paid, and ended rental months later, all online. Couldn’t have been easier. Accessed the facility using phone app — slick— didn’t even need to get out of truck. And facility staff were very friendly and helpful. I can’t think of a single way the experience could have been better.

Robin, the property manager was amazing! I needed storage space for my car last minute and Public Storage thankfully had availability. Then when the time came to take my car, the battery was dead. Robin was beyond professional, kind, and prompt in helping me. She even had cables and was able to start my car. I’m so grateful for her support!
