I had an excellent experience with Ron, the manager. He was genuinely friendly and made me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. I really appreciated how upfront he was about all costs and went above and beyond to answer all of my questions!
The facility itself is clean, well maintained, and feels very secure. And I have not seen a single rodent. The app is nice and offers remote access; and the gate’s combination code—unique to each customer— adds an extra layer of security.
Overall, I highly recommend this location! Ron’s professionalism, transparency, and welcoming approach set the tone for a great first storage experience (unit pictured is 10’x6’). Thanks Ron! 😁

We had an outstanding experience thanks to Nikki. She was extremely professional, incredibly patient, and took the time to answer every question without rushing us. Her knowledge and calm demeanor made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Honestly, she’s the main reason we decided to move all of our business here. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares about their customers the way she does.

I was not told that the office closed at 2:00, and it was 2:00, the lady helped me anyway, I got my unit, are was very professional, she courteous, I'm glad I chose that storage business

Nikki was super helpful! I was apprehensive about coming back to Public Storage after a bad experience at another facility. But, Nikki made me feel much better about it.
