I was assisted by Tony, on 9/7. I was greeted with great costumer service, in showing the unit as well as explaining everything about insurance and storage policies.

Im trying to help a friend in need, no one here customer service is a disaster id give it zero stars if I could, two cockroaches a roasting lime on the doorstep , place looks as if it was broken into as well

My storage unit was nice… my biggest and only complaint is it was IMPOSSIBLE to go to the rental office and find someone there… I’ve gone Sunday through Saturday no one’s there, I’ve gone within the hours of 8am-3pm no one’s there. I called just AI and the one time I heard back from a person about my complaint she said they’re there the first part of the day, (BS🤬)
you’re never ever able to reach anyone. Communication wise this has to be the WORST STORAGE OFFICE IVE EVER DEALT WITH

Moving out because they keep raising prices every few months. There were rat markings and chewed through boxes. A DEAD ONE IN OUR STORAGE! Thank goodness we’re leaving now. Be careful with what you’re storing and where you’re storing.
