Cassidy was so friendly when I ran into her yesterday. I was at my unit when she was making her rounds cleaning, and she checked on me and introduced herself as the new manager. I had some concerns and she answered all of my questions and didn’t rush me. Thank you Cassidy!

I had one of the best customer service experiences in my life at this Public Storage location: 7421 S. 180th St., Kent, WA with Kiki. I walked in to see one of the smallest available units on 7/29/24. Not only was Kiki calm while simultaneously helping me and two other guests, she was also very relatable and authentic. I appreciated the level of detail and humor that she provided today. It was a breath of fresh air. Again, hands down- best customer service ever.

Just had my first encounter with PS Employee Kiki. Wanted to say that she has an Awesome Attitude, Great Customer Service Skills, and a Delight to Work with, not to mention a Beautiful smile, for days. Google only allows Five Stars, but in reality, I gotta say that she is way more closer to a 7, than she is a 5. Hope you are smart enough to retain her for quite awhile, cause would prefer to work with her again, if I can! Thank You Again Kiki!

This lady can’t understand me at all ! Was on the phone for 20 min trying to find out if she had an outside unit I could drive up to. So she answers with what is your address. That was not my question! I’m not going to go through all the paperwork and giving you my info if you don’t have a unit I can drive up to.
She kept saying oh I understand then she would not answer, it was so frustrating I wanted to screen! And I’m a very patient person . Don’t bother with this place cuz she’ll drive you mad!! I give it a -1

My father just passed away recently and needed storage for his things..mychelle your employee was so helpful and patient ..and her caring attitude made it much easier for me to store my dads possessions and knowing that they will be safe. ..thank you mychelle!
