Cannot speak enough on how quickly and smoothly everything went with their help. From Kent to Federal Way. Great guys and amazing at what they do. Highly recommend even if it's a last minute move. They have a guy who will get you moved. Plus communication with the office was clear and simple. I hired them for a move on 08/11/2025.

They provided an estimate online, showed up perfectly on time, completed the work in approximately the quoted time, and billed accurately based on the quoted price and hourly rate. Ozzy’s crew did an amazing job and took great care of our stuff.

We hired these movers for a cross town 1 bedroom move and we couldn't be happier. Communication was the best in scheduling, confirmation and moving day. Team showed up on time and were very polite, caring, professional, and quick. They did an amazing job and anytime we need a move in the Tacoma area we will use them again. Thank you!

Professional, quick. Efficient. On time. Any curve balls came up they took care of it no problem. Took time to wrap valuables. Placed items in correct rooms at new location. This was my second time using puget sound movers and I’ll be calling when I need to use them again. Thanks team!

This is our second time using Pugent Sound Moving because our first experience was so good! We had the pleasure of having Ozzy both times we used this moving companies service and he is 10/10! Him and his team are so careful with all our personal items, and efficient! Moving from buildings around Seattle can be stressful but this team really makes it as seamless as possible. Thank you Ozzy and Pugent Sound Moving- you guys are incredible!

Antonio, Carlos and Tony were Fantastic! They worked quickly and efficiently. Our move included lots of steep stairs and there were no complaints. I highly recommend them and will be using them again. Truly the best moving company we have ever used!

The movers began immediately after assessing the situation and making a plan. Nothing was damaged or broken, and they took special care on furnitures, even removing the protective measures after bringing to the new home and discarding the trash. They were super efficient and better than previous crews we’ve hired in moves. Would definitely recommend them.

We booked and even had an email plus a text confirmed a solid move date. A few days before, they texted back and said the scheduled date is no longer available because we never confirmed it. I still don't know how is it that our scheduled date is no longer available and we booked that date months in advanced.
When we confronted the office manager why, we didn't even have a good answer. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
Update: A 2 years reply mean nothing. I WILL NEVER, EVER use this company

If I could give them 10 stars I would. Best moving experience I have ever had. The start was getting an estimate. Tami was quick to respond and explained their estimate process and confirmed the services I needed. Everything was broken down in terms of costs and explained everything clearly. So I knew if I needed extra time on either end what that cost would be up front. It even broke down how many boxes approximately would need to be used. The packing team came out the day before the actual move. They were very efficient and worked quickly. We did a walkthrough for any areas that didn’t need to be packed. They did check in if they had a question on an area to pack. Every box they touched was labeled with the room it was from and what was inside so I could open what I needed instead of figuring it out as I go. As I went back to areas I thought I forgot to mention it was already packed. They thought of the simple stuff like leaving a roll of toilet paper in the bathroom and hand soap so we have something to use. Their moving team was also amazing. They were very polite and asked to do a walkthrough on arrival so they knew what needed to be moved and what was staying. Everything was well organized on the truck and all furniture was wrapped so it didn’t get scratched. I still can’t believe how quickly they got everything moved. They also asked where I wanted furniture placed so I didn’t have to arrange it later. Everything stayed clean because they put down paper on my entrance stairs and even swept my porch at my new address so the pine needles didn’t get tracked in. 100% would recommend.

Our experience with Puget Sound Moving was exceptional from getting the estimate, to booking the service, to the day of the move. The pricing was transparent and beat all other estimates we received. Morning of the move, Ozzy and Byron arrived early, were fast, efficient and very personable! I will recommend them to any and everyone I know. Thanks again for the excellent service and for turning what is usually a nightmare into an easy, breezy day! Did I mention Ozzy and Byron were great?!?

They made our move so convenient, they wrapped all the furniture to protect them, came fully equipped and move our furniture the same day 4 hr drive to the destination and unloaded the next day, the cost was reasonable.
